Abstract

En el presente documento se proveen composiciones de fermentación y métodos para mejorar la producción de vainillina y/o glucovainillina en presencia de ácido para-aminobenzoico (PABA, ácido 4-aminobenzoico). Las composiciones y métodos descritos en el presente documento proveen rutas eficientes para la producción de vainillina y/o glucovainillina y cualquier compuesto que pueda sintetizarse o biosintetizarse a partir de uno o ambos.
