Abstract
La présente invention a pour but de fournir un aliment contenant, comme ingrédient principal, un produit alimentaire produit dans des régions en développement dans lesquelles vivent de nombreux patients souffrant de malnutrition, spécifiquement au moins un type de grain choisi dans le groupe consistant en le soja, le maïs et le sorgho, qui contient suffisammentj de nutriments de type protéines/acides aminés, est aisé à consommer même sans eau, et procure un effet améliorant important sur la malnutrition (en particulier la malnutrition aiguë sévère). La présente invention concerne un aliment contenant au moins un grain choisi dans le groupe consistant en le soja, le maïs et le sorgho, de la lysine ou un sel de celle-ci, de la glutamine ou un sel de celle-ci, et de la méthionine ou un sel de celle-ci.
