Abstract

La invención se refiere a un artículo concentrado sazonado conformado que tiene un contenido de agua de no más de 10% en peso, el artículo comprende: • 50-95% en peso de componentes de condimentación en partículas; • 2-30% en peso de aceite, el aceite tiene un contenido de grasa sólida a 20°C (N20) de menos del 20%; • 2-20% en peso de partículas de prolamina que tienen un contenido de prolamina de por lo menos 20% en peso y diámetro esférico promedio equivalente inferior a 20 µm. Los inventores han descubierto inesperadamente que la incorporación de partículas muy pequeñas que contienen prolamina en un artículo concentrado conformado que contiene componentes de condimentación en partículas en combinación con una cantidad significativa de aceite líquido minimiza eficazmente el impacto adverso del aceite líquido.
