Abstract

Textile covering device, to be put on a residual garbage container (OMR container) or a container containing water, to prevent the intrusion of insects, their proliferation and their nesting. The textile lapping device is a textile piece (1) forming a charlotte sufficiently deep to cover the reinforcements of the OMR tray and the handle, or the molding of a container. This textile piece (1) comprises an elastic (2) to ensure its maintenance on the tank OMR bin or container and its spaced mesh allows ventilation. The device is washable, recyclable, and scalable in size for adaptation to the OMR tray or container. This recovery device combines respect for the environment, hygiene, health and public safety.

DESCRIPTION

The present invention relates to a textile covering device (figl) to prevent the intrusion of insects into the residual household waste receptacles (OMR receptacle) (fig2) and receptacles (fig3) containing water. By suppressing access to insects, the problems associated with their proliferation, nesting and resulting odors are eliminated.

Since the introduction of the Incentive Fee, Grenelle Law and the environment, in many French territories, users are asked to sort recyclable packaging. Thus the remaining waste must be incinerated according to the regulations in force. This waste is called residual household waste. The residual household waste bins (fig2) therefore fill less quickly and users are invited to present their OMR bin only when it is full, ie about once every three weeks according to the national average.

Packaging contaminated with food residues and organic waste attracts many insects such as flies and wasps. Flies, by entering OMR tanks (fig2), lay eggs which then give rise to maggot colonies. These maggots have a repulsive visual appearance and cause foul smells. Hygiene is compromised. As for wasps, the risk of sting is real for all. Wasps and flies have a highly developed sense of smell, it only takes a few moments for these insects to enter the OMR tanks (fig2). Especially in hot weather or in hot countries. With regard to water containers or reservoirs, the recovery system would prevent the multiplication of disease-carrying insects by avoiding the laying of eggs in water, such as dengue for example. The multiplication of these insects leads to a chain of inconveniences which jeopardizes hygiene, health and public health.

The solution to this problem which is the subject of this patent is to close the access to insects on a residual household waste bin (fig2) or a container (fig3) containing water, by applying a textile covering device ( figl) to put on the OMR tray or on the container containing water. This covering system in textile piece (1) forming a cap to be threaded on an OMR tray or a container, is made of textile or canvas material with a spaced mesh of mosquito net type or a textile whose spaced meshes allow the aeration of waste putrefying while filtering odors from an OMR tank.

This textile covering device (figl) remains a simple and ecological material because it is washable and recyclable.

The use of this covering device (figl) is simple: it is threaded onto the OMR tray (fig2) or the container (fig3) until it covers the reinforcements (3) of the OMR tray (fig2) or of the container ( fig3) so that the elastic (2) rests on the tank (6) of an OMR tank (fig2) or a container (fig3) to completely close access to insects. To deposit its waste in the OMR bin (fig2) or have access to the container of the container (fig3), the covering device (figl) must be removed and then put back on the OMR bin or the container.
