PRIOR TECHNICAL STATUS Waste collection Door-to-door collection, which consists in getting the pick-up vehicle close to homes. The inhabitants have only to deposit their bags in the wheeled bins provided for this purpose for the lanes without exit and certain buildings.

This type of collection requires a lot of staff and sophisticated vehicles. This is why it is mainly used in cities and towns that are important for the collection of non-recyclable waste and recyclable waste. The dump trucks used are equipped with a hydraulic shield to compact the waste in the bucket. They take up less space.

Vehicles that collect recyclable waste are compartmentalized lengthwise. This is usually a gray bin. This household waste must at best match the products that we can not recycle, about 50% of our bins. The entire territory is served by a mechanized collection of bins. This organization usually breaks down as follows:

• Full service: a first safety officer goes to pick up the rolling bins inside the houses, two others empty them in the garbage bin, a last agent brings back the bins inside the buildings. This service is applied to 50% of the population. • In normal operation, the agents empty the bins placed on the sidewalk and rest them in the same place. Users or concierges bring them inside the buildings.

Noise

This daily collection causes significant noise nuisance.

These nuisances very troublesome for the surrounding populations come mainly from the following sources:

- semi automation of tasks and manipulations by health workers, dump trucks that recover waste and compact - pickup almost always at night, closing lids to the fall of the container, - but also and especially containers in polyethylene very noisy especially during their fallout on the ground after dumping in the dump trucks or during the inevitable manipulations on the sidewalks by the health officers. 3/9 CONTAINERS WITH DECI TE MENAGERS INTENDED TO REDUCE THE SOUND NUISANCES EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION Starting from the observation that the collection of garbage is a constant and that the noise nuisances are at an extreme level, it became vital to find a solution to reduce this environmental nuisance. Also, the objective of this invention is to minimize the noise nuisance caused by the collection of garbage. In fact, during the pick-up, a first safety officer goes to pick up the rolling bins inside the houses, two others empty them in the garbage bin, a last agent brings back the bins inside the buildings. This service is applied to 50% of the population. These inevitable manipulations are sources of noise and nocturnal nuisances.

Also, in order to reduce this environmental pollution, I would like to make modifications that will mainly target the existing containers and the new containers that will be: 1) Install a rubber seal under the tilting lid of the receptacle, 2) Change the diameter wheels 14 mm by wheels of the same diameter of hard rubber, 3) Apply two rubber buffers at opposite corners to the wheels.

The first modification will completely eliminate the noise caused by the closure of the lid on a daily basis by lambda users. But also during tipping operations in the truck dump and rests on the ground.

The second modification will reduce noise pollution during the handling and storage of containers by users and health workers.

The last modification will reduce the noise nuisance when rests containers on the ground after the dumping operations of the dump trucks. Thus, the noise generated by these changes will be removed in the first case and halved for the other two cases. This will significantly improve the urban environment and reduce the many complaints from citizens annoyed by the noise that is nocturnal. 4/9 CONCLUSIONS OF THE MINIMUM SUSTAINABILITY OF THE INVENTION IS INDUSTRY APPLICABLE The modifications envisaged will inevitably concern the industrial sector.

The scope of my project extends throughout the French territory operated by local authorities.

This represents a population of 15 million people who daily use the disposal of their household waste via wheeled containers.

My invention has the following advantages:

- Low cost,

- Reduction of noise pollution in cities,

- Facilitates the handling of containers,

- Implementation of extreme ease,
