L'invention concerne un système de gestion d'air d'admission pour un moteur thermique de véhicule automobile, le système comprenant : - un compresseur électrique apte à comprimer l'air d'admission destiné au moteur thermique, le compresseur comportant un corps présentant une entrée d'air et une sortie d'air, - un dispositif de refroidissement (110) apte à refroidir l'air qui circule à travers le compresseur, le dispositif de refroidissement étant pourvu d'un échangeur thermique (111) formant un empilement alterné de tubes (112) à travers lesquels peut circuler un fluide de refroidissement et d'ailettes au contact desquelles l'air est refroidi,
