Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un outillage (100) de presse d'emboutissage de tôle (102), notamment de pièce de carrosserie de véhicule automobile, comprenant une matrice (106) avec une empreinte (106.1) et une surface périphérique (106.2) ; et au moins un serre-flan (108) avec une surface de serrage (108.1) apte à presser contre la surface périphérique un flan de tôle ; la surface périphérique de la matrice et la surface de serrage du serre-flan comprenant des profils complémentaires (106.3/108.2) aptes à déformer le flan de tôle lors du serrage, de manière à limiter l'avalement dudit flan. L'outillage (100) est remarquable en ce que les profils complémentaires de la surface périphérique de la matrice et la surface de serrage du serre-flan forment un double gradin. L'invention a également pour objet une presse d'emboutissage de tôle ainsi qu'un procédé d'emboutissage de tôle.
