Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de commande d'un équipement électrique d'un véhicule automobile comprenant un dispositif de commande dudit équipement comportant un microcontrôleur, configuré pour générer un signal électrique alternatif de commande de l'équipement caractérisé par son rapport cyclique (y), et une interface de pilotage caractérisée par un seuil maximal de température de fonctionnement (TSF) au-delà duquel l'interface de pilotage est inopérante. Le procédé comprend une étape (E1A) de détermination de la température interne (T) de l'interface de pilotage, une étape de comparaison (E3A) de la température interne (T) déterminée avec un premier seuil d'alerte (TS1) prédéterminé, une étape (E4A) de diminution du rapport cyclique (y) du signal électrique lorsque le premier seuil d'alerte (TS1) a été dépassé, de manière à limiter la puissance du signal électrique et maintenir ainsi la température interne (T) de l'interface de pilotage en-dessous de son seuil maximal de température de fonctionnement (TSF).
