Abstract

L'invention concerne un caisson extracteur de fumée et de chaleur. Le caisson extracteur de fumées et de chaleur selon l'invention comprend une paroi de toit (12) comprenant une pièce d'étanchéité (15) solidaire de la face interne (13) de la paroi de toit (12) en faisant saillie de cette face (13) et en étant en contact permanent avec la cloison (2) séparant la deuxième zone technique (z2) de la première zone de refoulement (z1) même en cas de déformation par dilatation thermique de la paroi de toit (12), pour protéger le moteur électrique (10b) d'une surchauffe. L'invention trouve son application dans la sécurisation des lieux publics et des habitations collectives.
