Abstract
Dispositif de traitement chimique d'une pièce (3) de turbomachine munie d'un élément de surface métallique, et notamment d'un bord d'attaque (31) d'une aube (3) de turbomachine muni d'un élément de surface en titane, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : - une enceinte de traitement chimique (2), configurée pour recevoir ladite pièce (3) et être alimentée en une composition de traitement chimique et en une composition de rinçage, ladite enceinte (2) comprenant des moyens de recouvrement (4) configurés pour permettre une introduction d'une partie de ladite pièce (3) dans ladite enceinte (2), - un circuit fermé de traitement chimique (C1), passant par ladite enceinte (2), et comprenant un réservoir (7) de composition de traitement chimique et une pompe (8) permettant d'assurer la circulation de la composition de traitement chimique, et - un circuit fermé de rinçage (C2), passant par ladite enceinte (2), et comprenant un réservoir (11) de composition de rinçage et une pompe (12) permettant d'assurer la circulation de la composition de rinçage.
