FIELD AND CONTEXT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to workshop vehicles, in particular those designed to house various operations including painting operations. These operations may in particular be carried out on doorframes of buildings or dwellings, in particular parts made of aluminum. The mobility of such a workshop vehicle makes it possible to perform these operations in the immediate vicinity of the building or the dwelling in question.

Such equipment is known, for example from US5853215, however, such a mobile workshop is very bulky and moreover this equipment is not suitable for hosting operations other than painting.

It has therefore emerged a need to propose new solutions with regard to mobile equipment of the vehicle-workshop type, in particular to respond to the need to repair quickly and on-site deterioration on doors and / or windows of buildings or buildings. dwelling.

The pneumatic compressor supplies compressed air, in particular for the paint application gun marked 90 (FIG. 5).

Ventilation openings 51 are provided with natural convection in the illustrated case, although forced convection is optionally provided.

For the circulation of air with the outside, there are provided openings 51, in particular lower openings arranged in the floor 10b and lateral openings in the side wall 10g.

The technical compartment E2 is separated from the paint booth El by a partition 11 provided with a through door 12. The technical compartment E2 is located forward (along X) with respect to the paint booth El.

Advantageously, the partition 11 is continuous and prevents, when the door 12 is closed, a substantial air flow between the technical compartment E2 and the paint booth El. This also provides a sound insulation between the two compartments.

In the paint booth E1, according to the present invention, there is provided a forced air circulation allowing a fairly rapid circulation of air in the working environment of the companion C (also called 'operator') who performs operations paint.

The forced air circulation is activated as required by a control circuit connected either to a manual control button for example controlled synchronously with the interior lighting of the paint booth, or connected to an automatic control acting in function of concentration sensors of volatile organic components.

To trap the paint particles, there is a main filter 3 upstream of the suction. In the illustrated example, this filter is in a vertical position and has a large surface area. This filter is a replaceable component, it is preferably made of paper or recyclable natural fibers. The surface of the main filter 3 is for example greater than 1.5 m2.

Behind the filter is provided a convergent 32, located above the left wheel well 96. This convergent converts the air flow that has passed the major surface filter to a section corresponding to the fan, this section having a surface of the order of 900 cm2.

According to the illustrated example, the convergent is formed by an inclined upper wall extending longitudinally along X and secondly in a 45 ° direction between Y and Z.

The filter 3 is supported on a holding grid 30 which prevents the filter from bending under the effect of suction.

The technical compartment comprises an air extractor 53 arranged in the roofing wall; this extractor can be started simultaneously with the lighting control of the technical compartment. In cooperation with the air inlets 51 already mentioned in the technical compartment E2, the extractor 53 makes it possible to evacuate components / gaseous products emanating from the paint components, especially during the preparation steps (weighing and mixing of the various constituents) . Regarding the dimensions of the box 10, the length noted LC is less than 5m, and preferably less than 4.5 m. As for the height, the body height (excluding wheels) noted NC, is less than 2.75m, which gives an overall height of the van less than 3 m.

As for the overall width WC, it is less than 2300 mm, and preferably close to 2200 mm.

The rear door has two leaves 71,72, which forms when open, a free passage of at least 1800 mm wide.

The electrical panel 8 has electrical protections.

Advantageously, thanks to the workshop vehicle presented above, it is possible to carry out welding and / or painting operations, especially on door frames of buildings, in particular parts made of aluminum.

For welding operations, oxygen and acetylene bottles are used, for example.

In the van configuration, it is advantageous to have complete autonomy in terms of electrical energy. More specifically, a current generator 16 is coupled to the power train 5 / this generator is a high-power alternator driven by the heat engine via a belt. This generator 16 delivers a low voltage electrical power to a converter-inverter 17 located under the passenger seat in the cockpit. This converter-inverter provides electrical energy at the usual voltage of 220 V AC, in particular at the start of an electrical panel 8 arranged on a wall of the technical compartment. The available power is advantageously generally greater than 3 kW and in the illustrated example reaches the figure of 5 kW.

Several 220 V outlets are available in the E2 technical compartment and in the El paint booth.

In the trailer configuration, there may be only two wheels 95. With regard to the supply of electrical energy, there is provided a conventional generator which can be on board the vehicle; alternatively, it is also possible to use batteries with high energy storage lithium-ion equivalent.

Note that the arrangement of the body could be reversed between the left and right (ie it could be symmetrical with respect to a vertical median plane XZ of the vehicle).

Note that the side walls 10g, 10d of the body are fixed and contribute to the good structural strength of the body, which is much better than open side trucks like pizza trucks or trucks / tow market.
