Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé traitement de déchets ménagers résiduels permettant d'obtenir un taux de diversion supérieur ou égal à 80 % en produisant des combustibles solides de récupération et du compost, et en extrayant le verre, les métaux et les plastiques recyclables. Le procédé est essentiellement caractérisé en ce qu'il inclut : - une première phase de traitement comprenant une étape de tri granulométrique, sans broyage préalable, à l'aide d'au moins un crible rotatif à double maille; cet équipement possède en tête un dispositif permettant d'ouvrir l'ensemble des contenants enfermant les ordures ménagères résiduelles ; le crible rotatif à double maille sépare les fractions, selon leur granulométrie native, en trois flux, - une deuxième phase de traitement, spécifique à chacun des trois flux issus de la première phase et composée de plusieurs étapes, permettant d'extraire les produits recyclables, de produire du compost et d'isoler les produits servant de base à la fabrication des combustibles solides de récupération, - une troisième phase de traitement, composée de plusieurs étapes, consistant à produire des combustibles solides de récupération. L'invention concerne encore une installation pour la mise en œuvre d'un tel procédé. L'invention est utilisable industriellement pour concevoir, dimensionner et construire une usine de traitement des déchets ménagers résiduels comme peut le demander une collectivité locale afin d'améliorer ses résultats en termes de prévention et de gestion de ses déchets.
