Claims (12)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Matériau composite à matrice métallique comportant : - une matrice métallique à base nickel (10); - des fibres de renfort en céramique présentant du carbone (30); ledit matériau composite étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une couche d'interface (20) positionnée autour des fibres de renforts, ladite couche d'interface formant une barrière anti-diffusion empêchant une réaction entre les fibres de renfort et la matrice métallique.
- 2. Matériau composite selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que ladite couche d'interface (20) formant une barrière anti-diffusion est une couche métallique.
- 3. Matériau composite selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que ladite couche d'interface (20) métallique est en tungstène.
- 4. Matériau composite selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que ladite couche d'interface (20) formant une barrière anti-diffusion est une couche céramique.
- 5. Matériau composite selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que ladite couche d'interface (20) en céramique est en alumine ou en nitrure de titane.
- 6. Matériau composite selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que lesdites fibres de renfort en céramique (30) sont des fibres en carbure de silicium, ou des fibres de bore ou des fibres de bore revêtues de carbure de bore. 3036409 11
- 7. Pièce de turbomachine caractérisée en ce qu'elle est formée par un matériau composite à matrice métallique à base nickel selon l'une des revendications précédentes. 5
- 8. Pièce de turbomachine en alliage de nickel caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un renfort réalisé en matériau composite à matrice métallique à base nickel selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6. 10
- 9. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau composite composé d'une matrice métallique à base nickel (10) et de fibres de renfort en céramique présentant du carbone (30), ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte : - une étape de dépôt d'une couche d'interface (20) autour des fibres 15 de renfort, ladite couche d'interface formant une barrière anti- diffusion autour de chacune desdites fibres de renfort ; - une étape d'enduction d'une gaine métallique (10DP) destinée à constituer la matrice métallique à base nickel autour des fibres ; - une étape de compaction à chaud des fibres (30) dont les gaines 20 s'agglomèrent en constituant la matrice métallique à base nickel (10), ladite barrière anti-diffusion empêchant lors de l'étape de compaction à chaud une réaction des fibres céramique (30) avec la matrice métallique à base nickel. 25

Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau composite composé d'une matrice métallique à base nickel et de fibres de renfort en carbure de silicium selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que l'étape de compaction est réalisée dans un domaine de température compris entre 1000°C et 1100°C. 30 3036409 12

Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau composite composé d'une matrice métallique à base nickel et de fibres de renfort en carbure de silicium selon l'une des revendications 9 à 10 caractérisé en ce que ladite étape de dépôt d'une couche d'interface est réalisée par dépôt chimique en 5 phase vapeur, ou par dépôt physique en phase vapeur ou par dépôt sol- gel.
- 12. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau composite composé d'une matrice métallique à base nickel et de fibres de renfort en carbure de silicium 10 selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que ladite étape de dépôt d'une couche d'interface consiste à déposer une couche de 1 à 5 pm. 15
