Claims (9)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé pour la fabrication d'une pièce (1) en matériau composite comportant un renfort fibreux densifié par une matrice céramique (2), la pièce (1) présentant une surface externe (3) et étant revêtue sur au moins une partie de sa surface externe (3) par un revêtement de surface (4) sous forme solide comportant un alliage, le procédé comportant les étapes suivantes : a) formation de la matrice céramique (2) de la pièce (1) en matériau composite par infiltration de la préforme fibreuse avec une composition d'infiltration à l'état fondu, la composition d'infiltration comportant du silicium et ayant une première température de fusion, la composition d'infiltration étant mise en contact avec tout ou partie d'un premier ensemble de charges présentes dans la préforme fibreuse, et b) formation du revêtement de surface (4) de la pièce (1) en matériau composite par infiltration d'un deuxième ensemble de charges et/ou d'une résine précéramique par une composition de revêtement à l'état fondu, la composition de revêtement ayant une deuxième température de fusion inférieure à la première température de fusion et une composition différente de celle de la matrice céramique (2), l'étape b) étant initiée après réalisation de l'étape a).
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'alliage du revêtement de surface (4) est un alliage de silicium.
- 3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'alliage du revêtement de surface (4) est un alliage de silicium et de nickel ou un alliage de silicium et de cobalt.
- 4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'alliage du revêtement de surface (4) est présent en une teneur massique supérieure ou égale à 5% par rapport à la masse du revêtement de surface (4).
- 5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur (e) du revêtement de surface (4) est, sur tout ou partie de la surface externe (3) de la pièce (1) revêtue, comprise entre 20 pm et 1000 pm.
- 6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement de surface (4) est présent sur une première et une deuxième région de la surface externe (3) de la pièce (1) et en ce que la composition et/ou l'épaisseur (e) du revêtement de surface (4) diffère entre la première région et la deuxième région.

Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la composition d'infiltration est, lors de l'étape a), mise en contact avec des charges réactives présentes dans la préforme fibreuse, une réaction chimique ayant lieu entre la composition d'infiltration et les charges réactives lors de l'étape a).
- 8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'étape b) comporte, en outre, l'application de la composition de revêtement à l'état fondu sur un dépôt du deuxième ensemble de charges et/ou de la résine précéramique présent sur la surface externe (3) de la pièce (1) en matériau composite.
- 9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la pièce fabriquée constitue une aube (100) de moteur aéronautique comportant au moins un pied d'aube (102) et une pale (101) et en ce que le revêtement de surface (4) recouvre au moins le pied d'aube (102).
