Claims (15)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Portion filetée d'un élément tubulaire pour un joint fileté tubulaire présentant un axe de révolution, ladite portion comprenant un filetage s'étendant sur sa surface périphérique extérieure ou intérieure, et une première portée d'étanchéité sur ladite surface périphérique, ladite première portée d'étanchéité étant apte à former une interférence métal-métal avec une seconde portée d'étanchéité correspondante et appartenant à une portion filetée complémentaire d'un tube, caractérisée en ce que ledit filetage et ladite première portée d'étanchéité sont revêtus d'une couche métallique anti-corrosion et anti-grippage dont le zinc (Zn) est l'élément majoritaire en poids.
- 2. Portion filetée selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la couche métallique anticorrosion et anti-grippage est déposée par voie électrolytique.
- 3. Portion filetée selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la couche métallique anti-corrosion et anti-grippage contient au moins 50% de zinc (Zn) en poids.
- 4. Portion filetée selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la couche métallique anti-corrosion et anti-grippage est d'une épaisseur comprise entre 4 et 20 pm.
- 5. Portion filetée selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la couche métallique anti-corrosion et anti-grippage comporte une substance choisie parmi le groupe constitué de zinc (Zn) pur et d'un alliage binaire de zinc (Zn) de type Zn-X, dans lequel X est choisi parmi le nickel (Ni), le fer (Fe), le magnésium (Mg) et le manganèse (Mn).
- 6. Portion filetée selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle la couche métallique anti- corrosion et anti-grippage est un alliage de zinc-nickel (Zn-Ni) dont la teneur en nickel (Ni) est comprise entre 12-15% en poids et dont la microstructure est monophasée et de phase gamma (y).
- 7. Portion filetée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle ladite couche métallique anti-corrosion et anti-grippage est revêtue d'une couche lubrifiante comprenant une résine et une poudre de lubrifiant solide sec dispersée dans ladite résine.
- 8. Portion filetée selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle ladite couche métallique anti- corrosion et anti-grippage est revêtue d'une couche de passivation comprenant du chrome trivalent (Cr(III)), ladite couche de passivation étant formée entre la couche métallique et la couche lubrifiante. 3035474 30
- 9. Portion filetée selon la revendication 1 à 6, dans laquelle ladite couche métallique anti-corrosion et anti-grippage est revêtue d'une couche de passivation comprenant du chrome trivalent (Cr(III)). 5
- 10. Portion filetée selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle la couche de passivation est revêtue d'une couche barrière constituée d'une couche matricielle minérale comprenant des particules de dioxyde de silicium (Si02).
- 11. Portion filetée selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle la couche de passivation est 10 revêtue d'une couche barrière constituée d'une couche matricielle organo-minérale comprenant des particules de dioxyde de silicium (Si02).
- 12. Portion filetée selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite portion comprend en outre une première butée apte à venir en contact en fin de 15 vissage avec une seconde butée correspondante et appartenant à une portion filetée complémentaire de tube.
- 13. Portion filetée selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite portion filetée est en acier.
- 14. Portion filetée selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite portion est de type mâle, présentant un filetage s'étendant sur sa surface périphérique extérieure ainsi qu'une première portée d'étanchéité sur ladite surface périphérique extérieure.
