The present invention relates to a nozzle for the application of fluid product such as silicone or any product that can be applied to a surface, and a cartridge carrying such a nozzle and a tool comprising such a nozzle. STATE OF THE PRIOR ART A cartridge containing a fluid product, such as silicone or any other product such as resin, has a cylindrical reservoir filled with the fluid and having a movable bottom.
The reservoir has, on the opposite side to the moving bottom, an outlet orifice and the cartridge has a conical cannula which extends the outlet orifice and which allows the operator to apply the fluid to a surface to be covered. The cartridge is generally associated with a gun on which the cartridge is mounted and which has a piston operable by an operator and which pushes the movable bottom of the cartridge to expel the fluid. After removal of the fluid product on the surface, the operator uses other tools such as a spatula to smooth the fluid and ensure a homogeneous distribution of the fluid over the entire surface. The removal of a homogeneous layer of fluid product then requires minute operations, which may require a relatively long time. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a nozzle for the application of fluid product which does not have the disadvantages of the prior art and which in particular facilitates the removal of a homogeneous layer of the fluid product on the dispensing surface. For this purpose, there is provided a nozzle comprising: - a channel opening through an orifice, - a guide lip forming a plane and disposed on one side of the orifice, and 3034685 2 - a spreading lip arranged on the other side of the orifice relative to the guide lip and remote from said plane so as to create a free space between the spreading lip and said plane. Such a nozzle allows a regular application of the fluid product on a surface 5 by limiting the height of fluid deposited. Advantageously, the nozzle comprises two guide walls extending in a plane perpendicular to the plane containing the guide lip and disposed on either side of the orifice. Advantageously, the orifice extends to each guide wall. Advantageously, at least one of the guide walls has a cutting edge. The invention also proposes a cartridge comprising: a reservoir with an outlet orifice and containing a fluid product; a cannula extending the outlet orifice; and a nozzle according to one of the preceding variants, in which the channel extends. the cannula and opens on the outside through the orifice. The invention also provides a tool comprising a cartridge according to the preceding variant and a gun on which said cartridge is mounted and which has a mechanism for expelling the fluid from the reservoir through the cannula 20 and the nozzle. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The characteristics of the invention mentioned above, as well as others, will appear more clearly on reading the following description of an exemplary embodiment, said description being given in relation to the accompanying drawings, among Which: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a nozzle according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows a view of the nozzle according to arrow II of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 shows a sectional view along the line of FIG. 2 of the nozzle mounted on a cartridge.
Ainsi, le produit fluide s'écoule à l'arrière de la lèvre de guidage 106 et sa dépose n'est pas perturbée par la lèvre de guidage 106.DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show a nozzle 100 according to the invention and FIG. 3 shows the nozzle 100 which is mounted on a cartridge 50 having a reservoir 51 containing a fluid product which is to be deposited on a surface 62 of an element 60 which is shown in phantom in FIGS. 1-3. The cartridge 50 provided with the nozzle 100 may also be mounted on a gun which has an operator actuable mechanism for expelling the fluid from the cartridge 50 through an extended outlet port 54 of the reservoir 51. by a cannula 52 of the cartridge 50. According to a particular embodiment, the reservoir 51 has a movable bottom and the mechanism moves the movable bottom to expel the fluid. The cannula 52 is here conical and fits in a channel 102 of the nozzle 100. The channel 102 has a conical shape adapted so that the nozzle 100 is fixed by interlocking on the cannula 52. The gun, the cartridge 50 and the nozzle 100 forms a tool 20. Of course, the respective shapes of the cannula 52 and the channel 102 may be different as long as they allow for snap-fitting of the nozzle 100 on the cannula 52. For example, they may take the form of stairs. In another embodiment, the nozzle 100 and the cannula 52 may constitute the same element. The channel 102 extends the cannula 52 and opens out through an orifice 104. The fluid can thus pass from the cartridge to the cannula 52 and then to the channel 102 and finally to the orifice 104 to be expelled to the surface 62 The removal of the fluid product consists of pressing the nozzle 100 against the surface 62 and moving it in an application direction parallel to the surface 62. The nozzle 100 has a guide lip 106 which fits in a plane and comes into stable support against the surface 62 to be covered. When the nozzle 100 is in place on the surface 62, the guide lip 106 and the plane in which it is inscribed are parallel to the surface 62 and the guide lip 106 is downstream of the orifice 104 relative to the direction of application 10. Thus, the fluid flows at the rear of the guide lip 106 and its removal is not disturbed by the guide lip 106.
The nozzle also has a spreading lip 108. When the nozzle 100 is in place on the surface 62, the spreading lip 108 is upstream of the orifice 104 with respect to the direction of application. spreading lip 108 is spaced from the plane containing the guide lip 106, that is to say that when the nozzle 100 is in place on the surface 62, the spreading lip 108 is at a distance from the surface 62. This arrangement allows the creation of a free space 110 between the spreading lip 108 and the surface 62, that is to say between the spreading lip 108 and the plane containing the guide lip 106. free space 110 allows the flow of the fluid product during its application.
The guide lip 106 is thus disposed on one side of the orifice 104 and the spreading lip 108 is disposed on the other side of the orifice 104 with respect to the guide lip 106. Thus, when the product fluid is deposited on the surface 62, the spreading lip 108 smooths the layer of fluid product, by leveling it, and thus ensure a constant thickness throughout the application. The removal of the fluid product is thus facilitated and subsequent retouching is reduced. The spreading lip 108 is here flat and parallel to the guide lip 106, but it can take another form, for example curved as long as the free space 110 is preserved.
The height of the spreading lip 108 relative to the guide lip 106 defines the thickness of the spread fluid layer, and it is possible to provide a different nozzle 100 for each thickness. When the layer of fluid product is to be deposited over the entire width of the surface 62 of the element 60, it is preferable to guide the nozzle 100 correctly so that it follows the surface 62 perfectly and that the fluid product does not flow outside the surface 62. For this purpose, the nozzle 100 has two guide walls 112a-b, each extending in a plane perpendicular to the plane containing the guide lip 106 and which are arranged on both sides. Another of the orifice 104. Each guide wall 112a-b 25 is parallel to the direction of application 10. Each lip 106, 108 extends from a guide wall 112a to the other guide wall 112b. The width between the two guide walls 112a-b is preferably adjusted to the width of the element 60. The width is said adjusted when the distance between the two guide walls 112a-b is large enough to ensure easy sliding of The nozzle 100 and sufficiently small to ensure that the fluid does not flow between the guide walls 112a-b and the walls of the element 60 which extend from the surface 62 parallel to said guide walls 112a -b. Of course, depending on the width of the part 60, it is possible to provide a different nozzle 100 for each width.
To better ensure a good distribution of the fluid product at the outlet of the channel 102, the orifice 104 extends laterally to each guide wall 112a-b. The nozzle 100 may also be used alone, in particular for finishing after the spreading of the fluid product. In this context, the nozzle 100 is applied against the layer of fluid already deposited and move in the direction of application 10 to press the layer of fluid and enhance its adhesion to the surface 62. The guide walls 112a-b may also be used to sever the deposited fluid layer. For this purpose, at least one of the guide walls 112a-b has a cutting edge 114.
