Claims (16)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Etiquette adhésive (10), comportant : - un frontal (20, 22) imprimable, non opaque à un rayonnement IR, - une couche adhésive (25) pour coller l'étiquette sur un support d'application, la force adhésive du frontal étant inférieure à la force d'adhérence de la couche adhésive, - un composé (24) ayant un comportement déterminé lorsqu'illuminé par ledit rayonnement IR à travers le frontal (20, 22), la réponse électromagnétique dudit composé lors de l'illumination par ledit rayonnement IR étant détectable à travers le frontal.
- 2. Etiquette selon la revendication 1, la réponse électromagnétique étant une absorption ou une émission par le composé.
- 3. Etiquette selon l'une des revendications précédentes, le frontal comportant au moins une couche (20a, 20b, 20c) en matière thermoplastique, notamment en 15 polyoléfine.
- 4. Etiquette selon l'une des revendications précédentes, ledit composé (24) étant luminescent, de préférence fluorescent, sous IR, étant notamment choisi parmi les composés émettant dans l'IR ou le visible.
- 5. Etiquette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, ledit 20 rayonnement IR étant un ensemble d'une ou plusieurs ondes électromagnétiques émises dans le domaine des longueurs d'ondes de l'infrarouge, notamment entre 700 nm et 15 p.m.
- 6. Etiquette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le composé (24) étant présent dans la couche adhésive (25).
- 7. Etiquette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, le composé (24) 25 étant présent dans une couche (27) intermédiaire entre la couche adhésive (25) et le frontal (20, 22).
- 8. Etiquette selon la revendication 7, la couche (27) intermédiaire étant chargée ou colorée, de préférence colorée.
- 9. Etiquette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, le composé (24) 30 étant présent sur toute l'étendue de l'étiquette.
- 10. Etiquette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le frontal étant opaque à la lumière visible.
- 11. Etiquette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le frontal étant opaque au rayonnement UV
- 12. Etiquette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le frontal (20, 22) étant sensiblement transparent dans la plage 700 nm - 15 1.1.m.
- 13. Etiquette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le frontal comportant un complexe multicouche comportant une couche de coeur (20a) ayant des cavités et deux couches de peau (20b, 20c) coextrudées avec la couche de coeur.
- 14. Etiquette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre des charges réfléchissant le rayonnement IR dans la couche intermédiaire et/ou la couche adhésive et/ou une couche supplémentaire.
- 15. Procédé d'authentification d'une étiquette (10) telle que définie à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comportant les étapes suivantes : - illuminer le frontal avec un rayonnement IR amenant le composé (24) à recevoir ledit rayonnement IR, - détecter la réponse dudit composé (24) à travers le frontal (20, 22).
- 16. Procédé selon la revendication précédente, le rayonnement IR étant un ensemble d'une ou plusieurs ondes électromagnétiques discrètes ou non, émises dans le domaine des longueurs d'ondes de l'infrarouge, notamment entre 700 nm et 15 1.1.m.
