Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé, un dispositif de mise en œuvre du procédé et un récipient obtenu par ledit procédé de revêtement d'au moins une portion de la surface interne d'un récipient, propre à contenir des produits biocompatibles avec l'homme et/ou l'animal, par un matériau liquide durcissable dans lequel on positionne le récipient sur un support avec lequel il est rendu solidaire, on introduit dans le récipient un outil d'application du revêtement et on appose le liquide de revêtement par l'outil sur au moins une portion de la surface interne du récipient. Pour ce faire on incline le récipient d'un premier angle α déterminé par rapport à la verticale, on le met en rotation relative par rapport à l'outil à une première vitesse V déterminée, en le chauffant à une température déterminée, et on appose le matériau liquide de revêtement régulièrement sur la surface interne du récipient de façon à obtenir un dépôt d'une épaisseur régulière, sensiblement identique, en fonction des paramètres de viscosité η du liquide à la température déterminée, de rugosité R de la partie de la surface du récipient, de l'angle α d'inclinaison, de la vitesse V de rotation, et du débit D d'alimentation en matériau liquide.
