Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de recalage de l'estimation de particules de suie dans un filtre (2) à particules incorporé dans une ligne (1) d'échappement d'un véhicule automobile, l'estimation se faisant à l'aide d'un modèle d'estimation de la charge de particules de suie dans le filtre (2) et une température estimée atteinte lors d'une régénération du filtre (2) à particules, dans lequel procédé il est effectué une prise d'une température dite mesurée lors de la régénération, la température estimée étant comparée avec la température mesurée lors de cette régénération afin d'évaluer si l'estimation de la charge de particules de suie est correct ou non, caractérisé en ce que la prise de la température pour la température mesurée s'effectue directement à l'intérieur du filtre (2) à particules.
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, si la température mesurée est inférieure à la température estimée, il est détecté une surestimation de la charge de particules de suie dans le filtre (2) et procédé à un recalage du modèle à la baisse et, si la température mesurée est supérieure à la température estimée, il est détecté une sous-estimation de la charge de particules de suie dans le filtre (2) et procédé à un recalage du modèle à la hausse.
- 3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel la prise de la température pour la température mesurée s'effectue dans le filtre (2) à particules à l'endroit où l'exotherme est le plus fort.
- 4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la température mesurée est égale ou se trouve dans un intervalle prédéterminé autour de la température estimée, il n'est pas procédé à un recalage du modèle.
- 5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, dans lequel l'intervalle prédéterminé est de +/-10°C autour de la température estimée.
- 6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'estimation préliminaire de la charge en particules de suie du filtre (2) à particules se fait selon un ou des paramètres de fonctionnement du moteur pris unitairement ou en combinaison.
- 7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel, quand le paramètre de fonctionnement du moteur pris en référence pour l'estimation est le kilométrage parcouru depuis la dernière régénération, il est établi une cartographie d'équivalence donnant en fonction de la différence entre température estimée et température mesurée une valeur corrective en milligrammes de charge de particules de suie par kilomètre parcouru par le véhicule pour le modèle d'estimation de la charge de particules de suie dans le filtre (2).
- 8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le modèle est recalé à la hausse comme à la baisse entre 1 et 10 mg de charge de particules de suie par kilomètre.
- 9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 ou 8, dans lequel l'estimation des émissions en particules se fait en milligrammes par kilomètre parcouru par le véhicule, le chargement du filtre (2) en particules étant la somme des émissions successives depuis la dernière régénération.
- 10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le modèle détermine une masse limite en particules de suie stockée dans le filtre (2) à particules, l'atteinte de cette masse limite en particules de suie déclenchant une régénération du filtre (2) à particules.
