Abstract

L'invention a pour objet des microparticules d'origine naturelle ou synthétique, biodégradables ou non, chargées de composition huileuse ou lipophile thérapeutique, curative, cosmétique ou biologique, fongicide, bactéricide, larvicide, insectifuge, insecticide, répulsive ou attractive, lesdites microparticules formant une poudre active lipophile mouillable en milieu aqueux sans intervention ni d'agents émulsifiants, ni d'agents mouillants pour être appliquée sur des surfaces d'organes externes à traiter par pulvérisation en dispersion en milieu aqueux. Lesdites microparticules actives sont composées de : a) 50 à 99.5 parties en poids d'un support absorbant micronisé ayant une granulométrie variant de 1 µm à 600 µm, de préférence de 5 µm à 200 µm, b) 0.5 à 50 parties en poids d'une composition active huileuse ou lipophile contenant au moins un principe actif thérapeutique, curatif, cosmétique ou biologique, fongicide, bactéricide, larvicide, insectifuge, insecticide, répulsif ou attractif dissous dans un diluant lipophile. La composition active lipophile est incorporée dans les microparticules sans aucune transformation chimique particulière desdites microparticules. Avantageusement, tant pour l'environnement que pour le sujet traité (humain animal ou plante), aucun solvant n'est utilisé pour la réalisation de l'objet de la présente invention. Les microparticules selon l'invention présentent un caractère de réservoirs de principes actifs pendant au moins plus de trois jours en milieu aqueux et dans des conditions de forte agitation, tout en étant aptes à protéger lesdits principes actifs contre l'humidité.The subject of the invention is microparticles of natural or synthetic origin, biodegradable or not, charged with an oily or lipophilic therapeutic, curative, cosmetic or biological composition, fungicide, bactericide, larvicide, insect repellent, insecticide, repellant or attractive, said microparticles forming a lipophilic active powder wettable in an aqueous medium without the intervention of either emulsifying agents or wetting agents to be applied to the surfaces of external organs to be treated by spraying in dispersion in an aqueous medium. Said active microparticles are composed of: a) 50 to 99.5 parts by weight of a micronized absorbent support having a particle size varying from 1 µm to 600 µm, preferably from 5 µm to 200 µm, b) 0.5 to 50 parts by weight d 'an oily or lipophilic active composition containing at least one therapeutic, curative, cosmetic or biological active ingredient, fungicide, bactericide, larvicide, insect repellant, insecticide, repellant or attractant dissolved in a lipophilic diluent. The lipophilic active composition is incorporated into the microparticles without any particular chemical transformation of said microparticles. Advantageously, both for the environment and for the subject treated (human animal or plant), no solvent is used to achieve the object of the present invention. The microparticles according to the invention have the character of reservoirs of active ingredients for at least more than three days in an aqueous medium and under conditions of strong agitation, while being able to protect said active ingredients against humidity.
