Claims (7)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Souche de Trichoderma reesei dont le génome comprend une mutation choisie parmi: une délétion du gène codant pour PacC; une mutation entre les positions 1 à 735 de la séquence nucléotidique représentée en SEQ ID N°1, préférentiellement entre les positions 249 à 495; une mutation entre les positions 736 à 744 de la séquence nucléotidique représentée en SEQ ID N°1; et une mutation entre les positions 1438 à 1515 de la séquence nucléotidique représentée en SEQ ID N°1, préférentiellement entre les positions 1492 à 1494.
- 2. Souche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente une capacité de production d'enzymes améliorée par rapport à la même souche T. reesei non modifiée ou par rapport à une souche de référence de T. reesei.
- 3. Souche selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites enzymes sont choisies parmi les enzymes cellulolytiques, préférentiellement les cellulases et les hémicellulases, encore plus préférentiellement les cellulases.
- 4. Souche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que ladite mutation est induite par mutagénèse dirigée, préférentiellement à l'aide d'une cassette de délétion.
- 5. Utilisation d'une souche modifiée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 pour la production d'enzymes cellulolytiques.
- 6. Utilisation d'une souche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 pour l'hydrolyse des beta-oligosaccharides.
- 7. Utilisation d'une souche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 pour l'hydrolyse du cellobiose en glucose.
