Description
La broche 7 pénètre dans l'orifice radial 24 et le couteau 1 est 35 alors solidarisé à l'arbre 23.The invention relates to a removable knife for a mixer foot, and an associated mixer foot. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Mixers are known having a body enclosing a motor at the end of which fits a foot terminated by a bell. The foot contains a transmission shaft at the end of which extends a knife that rotates inside the bell. The invention is more particularly concerned with mixer feet with a removable knife. Various knife connection systems on the drive shaft have been proposed. They generally implement a threaded portion on which a clamping nut is attached. These connection systems are not satisfactory, because of the risk of loss of the nut during disassembly of the knife. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is to propose a removable knife for a mixer foot and a corresponding mixer foot whose connection of the knife to the shaft of the mixer foot is simple to implement, without risk of loss. of room. PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION For this purpose, there is provided a knife for a mixer foot comprising a hub which carries at least one blade and which has a central orifice allowing it to be fitted at the end of a mixer foot shaft so as to rotate around the blade. an axis of rotation of the shaft, the hub comprising a radial orifice opening into the central orifice and at least one longitudinal external groove, the knife also comprising an open elastic ring comprising a central part which carries a pin and which is extended by two elastic wings adapted to embrace the hub and at least one of which is terminated by a return, the pin being threaded into the radial orifice of the hub and the ring being movable on the hub between the following two stable positions: - a coupling position in which the wings of the ring embrace the hub and the pin extends into the central hole; - A disengagement position in which the ring is moved back so as to house in the groove an edge defining the return, the pin no longer extending into the central opening. Thus, to set up the knife of the invention on the shaft of a mixer foot, simply position the ring in uncoupling position and put the hub of the knife on the shaft, the latter having a radial orifice. Once the hub is in position, the radial orifice of the hub extends opposite the radial orifice of the shaft. It is then sufficient to push the ring towards the coupling position, so that the pin extends through the radial hole of the shaft and secures the knife to the shaft. The ring is movable between two positions in which it is resiliently locked on the hub. There is no risk of losing the ring. The invention also relates to a mixer foot comprising a body terminated by a bell, in which a transmission shaft extends to present a free end at the level of the bell, the end having a radial orifice capable of receiving the pin of the knife of the invention. PRESENTATION OF THE FIGURES The invention will be better understood in the light of the description of a particular nonlimiting embodiment of the invention, with reference to the figures of the appended drawings in which: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of FIG. a knife according to the invention without its ring; - Figure 2 is a top view of an elastic ring intended to equip the knife of Figure 1; - Figure 3 is a view of the knife of Figure 1, with the ring in the uncoupling position; - Figure 4 is a view of the knife of Figure 1, with the ring in the coupling position; Figures 5A to 5C are perspective views illustrating the introduction of a knife of the preceding figures on the shaft of a mixer foot. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF AN EMBODIMENT With reference to FIG. 1, the knife 1 of the invention comprises a hub 2 in which a central orifice 3 has been drilled (in this case an orifice of circular section with a flat part) to allow the setting in place of the knife on a mixer foot shaft so as to rotate about an axis of rotation X, which is also the axis of rotation of the shaft. The hub 2 carries a blade 4 at its base. The hub 2 has a groove 5 on the flank 25 of which two diametrically opposed longitudinal grooves 6 have been made (only one is visible here). A radial orifice 7 extends through the hub in a radial direction to open into the central orifice. The groove 2 is intended to receive an elastic ring 10 visible in FIG. 2 which comprises an elastic blade (here in stainless steel) shaped as an open cylinder comprising a central part 11 carrying a pin 12 which extends towards the inside of the cylinder thus formed. Here the pin 12 is metallic and has a lower diameter end engaged in an orifice of the central part, end which is struck from behind to secure the pin to the central portion 11. The central portion 11 is extended by two curvilinear flanges 13 terminated by respective references 14 delimited by edges 15. In Figure 3 is illustrated the establishment of the ring 10 on the knife 1. The ring 10 is close to the hub 2 at the groove 3 (according to the arrow) so as to make the pin 12 penetrate into the radial orifice 10 7 by forcing the flanges 13 to open elastically, until the ridges 15 become lodged in the grooves 6. In this stable position, said uncoupling the spindle 12 does not extend into the central orifice 3. If the ring 10 is further pressed, the stable position illustrated in FIG. 4, referred to as the coupling, in which the wings 13 embrace the mean 2 and the spindle 12 extends into the central orifice 3. The introduction of a knife 1 according to the invention on a mixer stand is now explained with reference to FIGS. 5A to 5C. The mixer foot 20 comprises a body 21 terminated by a bell 22 and enclosing a transmission shaft 23 whose end has a section homologous to that of the section of the central orifice 3 of the knife 1. The end of the shaft 23 has a radial orifice 24 adapted to receive the pin 12. As shown in Figure 5A, the ring 10 is placed in the uncoupling position, and the knife 1 is placed on the shaft 23 according to the arrow. In FIG. 5B, the knife 1 is in position, the radial orifice 24 of the shaft 23 and the radial orifice 7 of the hub 2 coinciding. The ring 10 is then pushed towards the coupling position, as illustrated in FIG. 5C. Pin 7 penetrates into radial orifice 24 and knife 1 is then secured to shaft 23.
The removal of the knife 1 is obtained by moving the ring 10 from the coupling position to the uncoupling position, using the references 14 as actuators. The ring 10 stops naturally in uncoupling position but remains integral with the hub 2, which prevents any loss of the ring during handling of the knife. The knife 1 can then be removed from the tree. The invention is not limited to what has just been described, but on the contrary covers any variant within the scope defined by the claims. In particular, although here the ring has two references, it can provide only a reference, and a single groove associated, although the handling of the ring would be less easy. Although here the shaft of the mixer foot and the central hole of the knife hub have counterparts sections of circular shape with flat, these sections may take other forms, preferably non-circular.
