The invention relates to an apparatus for the exploitation and regulation of wood products, of small to medium size and, in particular, coppice, forest and pruning wood. By these terms is meant cutting and handling cut timber. after the term: the equipment The maintenance of the forest and coppice requires the cutting of the products respectively dead, sick, annoying in order to regulate a fire - fighting vegetation or having reached a caliber allowing a profitable exploitation. the energy field: the low to medium sizes are very suitable for wood in "wafer" noting with small mobile grinders allowing the transformation of the product on site and facilitating the transport and the trans-shipment. This invention is thus dedicated to an ambivalent finality related to Energy and sustainable development.Ergonomic, the device is significantly advantaged to insinuate between the ramif abundant in the natural environment or coppice. The operation is currently performed either manually by chainsaws, or mechanically by heavy and expensive gear. The cutting of small to medium-sized woods 0 to 15 centimeters in diameter by a manual saw is difficult and dangerous, the chainsaw can be stuck by the weight of the section, the chain can break and injure the operator, the latter being particularly exposed these last observations bring to light a third purpose of the invention: safety It is possible to use heavy mechanical means but their costs remain high and their processes do not allow such specialized use. simple design apparatus is can expensive and nécéssite can maintenance can be adapted to forestry equipment or construction site type hydrolic backhoe, the machine is not only a function the device is always installed on a hydrolic boom multidirectional to achieve all the desired orientations. In the apparatus according to the invention the batis (fig 1) is provided with two blades (1) forming a V offset on the thickness and extend against the wall of the yoke (4) to limit the distortion constraints inflicted on the jack the extension also integrates the holes accommodating the axes (6) allowing the rotation of two blades applied on the other side of the cutting plane by 45 °, the whole of the blades forming a nested cutting system on either side of the cutting plane . (fig 3fig 4) A double-acting jack attached to the center of the blades (1) integrated in a fork (4) creates a translation transferred to the blades (2) via rods (7) the movement of the blades being slowed according to the degree of penetration in the section. Let's say that the configuration of the cylinder with respect to the blades can be different The section is initiated on the periphery of the section and concludes with a point which causes a phenomenon of necking created by the thickness of the blades. and thus clearly separating the two parts. This imbrication thus limits the degradation of the blades created by the distortion of the section which abuts. (FIG. 2) the blades can be accompanied by a clamping arm (10) for handling, this The last is mainly carried out by bundle with another clamp located opposite the cutting system and actuated by the same jack.
As we see in the figures it is "clamping arms" composed of blades (fig6) preferably flexible to the number of three staggered on either side of the clamping, adapted to the axes (6) of blade rotation spaced from the latter by about 30 cm, as we can see, these arms are connected to the jackhole via connecting rods (7) (fig 5 and 7) Note that the stroke of the jack can be extended after the complete cutting of the wood this has no noticeable incidence on the cutting blades but makes it possible to finalize the gripping of the clamping arms against a loosening (11) located opposite the position of the axes as well as the the orientation of the connecting rods give a delay in the displacement of the clamping arms relative to the cutting blades, this makes it possible not to endomage them by tightening before the end of the cut. The adjustments being made by the manufacturer during the construction. Finally, the hydrolic boom on which the apparatus is attached is necessarily multidirectional in order to reach all the necessary orientations in the natural environment, as we can see in figure 8.This device equipped with two hydrolic engines (39) and (32) is for use on a mechanical shovel that does not have this steering capability The batiA is connected to a hydrodynamic motor (32) that can pivot at least 360 degrees around a longitudinal axis X'X, while - the stator of the motor (32) is mounted with the possibility of pivoting at least 360 degrees around a transverse axis ZZ ', orthogonal to X'Xpar a joint carried by the end of a rod (33) latige (33) is mounted freely in rotation around a longitudinal axis YY in a fork (35) and is connected to the hydrolic motor (39) capable of driving it over 360 degrees. the fork (35) is articulated at the end of the boom (30) around a transverse axis (36) having a direction W'W -the pivoting movements respectively of the motor (32) around the Z axis; Z and fork (35) around the axis W'W, being assured by hydraulic cylinders, respectively (34 and 37) Repertory 1: static blades 2: movable blades 3: jack 4: ram of the jack: slide 6: axes of pivoting blades and arms Gripping 7: connecting rods of the cutting blades 8: connecting rods of the balls 7 9: connecting rods connecting rods 7 blades 2: gripping arms 11: V tightening 12: support of the V clamping 13: connecting rods the handling arms 14: connecting rods connecting the rods 14 to the fork
