Description
BÂCHE DE COUVERTURE POUR LA CULTURE DES PLANTES A AERATIONS PREFORMEES. Domaine technique. État de la technique antérieure.COVERING TARP FOR CULTIVATION OF PLANTS WITH PREFORMED AERATIONS. Technical area. The present invention is in the field of materials used to protect frost and weather, horticultural plants or food, such as vegetables, grown under glass. More specifically, the present invention relates to a tarpaulin made of synthetic material intended to form the cover of a protection tunnel formed over the plants to be protected. State of the art
Typically, a semi-forcing greenhouse type protection tunnel is formed of a frame in the form of regularly spaced poles plugged into the ground and a cover transparent to visible light, stretched over the hoops. These tunnels culture, semi-forcing have arches of low height, of the order of a few decimetres and are designed to be easily dismantled. These culture tunnels form above the crops a protective enclosure, in which is imprisoned a volume of air, isolated from the outside environment, subjected to the greenhouse effect. Usually, the covering sheet is in the form of a strip of synthetic material, for example polyethylene.
Solution technique. In order to maintain the cover band on the tunnel arches the two lateral edges of this band are buried in the ground on both sides of the tunnel formed. They are also held on the arches by links. Such provisions are opposed to the flight of the tarpaulin under the effect of the wind or its subsidence under the influence of the weight of the snow. Presentation of the invention. Technical problem. The shelter formed by the tunnel provides effective protection of crop plants against bad weather and frost in cold weather. However, during a warm period or during a warm period, the greenhouse effect and the tightness of the shelter preventing any convective flow, are at the origin of an excess of heat, which can lead to a rapid decline of the cultivated plants. . Thus during these periods, it is appropriate to limit the temperature in the shelter, and for this purpose, as regards the tunnels culture, it is known to form in their tarpaulin, when the time comes, ventilation openings. Currently, these aeration openings are formed manually by operators using cutting instruments. To do this, each operator forms in the sheet of cut in the form of arc concavity directed upwards or downwards. An upward concavity notch forms a flap while able to position itself under the effect of its weight in the opening formed. On the other hand, a downwardly concavity cut forms a shutter during which completely releases the formed opening. Depending on the type of ventilation desired, the operator imposes one or the other type of cut. These operations of forming ventilation openings are usually repeated several times in the season and given the number and length of the tunnels they are particularly long and tedious to accomplish. In addition, the cuts mainly due to the fact that they are made manually, lack regularity both in their shape and size and spacing so that the tunnel ventilation may lack uniformity. These ventilation openings are also formed by punching using a tip heated to the melting temperature of the polyethylene. Such a technique makes it possible to obtain openings of uniform shape and size, but it requires means of a relatively expensive implementation. Technical solution. The object of the present invention is to provide a solution to the problems mentioned above by proposing a culture tunnel cover adapted to the formation of ventilation apertures of uniform and / or calibrated shapes and dimensions. For this purpose, the tarpaulin according to the invention, of rectangular shape, is essentially characterized in that it comprises pre-cuts forming tear-oriented lines for the subsequent formation of ventilation apertures. Thus, these precuts, manufactured in the factory will allow the subsequent formation of perfectly calibrated ventilation openings which may, without this being limiting, be of the same shapes and dimensions. Moreover, for the purpose of the formation of the vents, the operators will have no need to use cutting instruments, but may by simple pressure of their hand, release the ventilation openings by tearing the sheet according to pre-cuts made. Advantageously, according to another characteristic of the invention, each precut is formed by through perforations close to each other and arranged in at least one straight or curved line. The ventilation openings are disengaged by rupture of the bridges of material between the perforations. According to another characteristic of the invention, the pre-cuts are organized in at least one row parallel to the longitudinal axis of the sheet. According to another characteristic of the invention, the pre-cuts are organized in at least two rows parallel to the longitudinal axis of the sheet, one of these rows being formed to the right of this axis and the other to the left of this axis. These two rows are preferably at the same distance from this axis. According to another characteristic of the invention, the pre-cuts of each row are formed at regular intervals.
According to another characteristic of the invention, the pre-cuts of each row are offset with respect to the pre-cuts of the other row and are each arranged at the right of the interval between two consecutive pre-cuts. According to another characteristic of the invention, each precut forms a curve arc whose concavity is turned towards the longitudinal median axis.
Alternatively, according to another characteristic of the invention, the concavity formed by each precut is turned away from the longitudinal median axis. According to another characteristic of the invention, each precut forms a closed or partially closed contour.
According to another characteristic of the invention, each precut is circular. According to another characteristic of the invention, the precuts are joined by connecting precuts.
Brief presentation of figures and drawings. Other advantages, aims and features of the invention will become apparent on reading the description of a preferred embodiment given by way of non-limiting example with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. plan view of a tarp according to the invention, - figure 2 shows another embodiment of the pre-cuts, - figure 3 shows another embodiment of the pre-cuts, - figure 4 shows another embodiment of the precuts and aeration formed, - Figure 5 shows circular precuts. FIG. 6 shows pre-cuts formed by closed or partially closed contours interleaved in each other; FIG. 7 shows pre-cuts of different sizes joined to each other by connecting pre-cuts; FIG. 8 is a view; front view of a tunnel greenhouse. Best way to realize the invention. FIGS. 1 to 7 show a tarpaulin 1 according to the invention. This sheet of synthetic material, preferably transparent to light, of rectangular shape is, as can be seen in Figure 8, intended to form the cover of a tunnel tunnel 100 called semi-forcing whose framework is formed by hoops 110 of low height, typically a few decimeters. Typically these hoops 110 have an upper arcuate portion and two jambs provided by their lower part to be plugged into the ground. These arches 110 parallel to each other are regularly spaced along a straight line. The tarpaulin according to the invention is intended to be arranged in tension on the hoops 110 to form a blanket forming two falling flaps extending towards the ground. Usually, the cover 1 by its two side edges is buried in the ground, which ensures its maintenance on the frame. Alternatively, the sheet will be equipped according to these longitudinal edges of ballast means which may each be constituted by a hem formed along the corresponding edge of the sheet and a weight ballast introduced into the sheet. Alternatively, each longitudinal edge of the sheet will be equipped with a hem in which is engaged a flexible connection to the ground. The longitudinal axis AA 'of the sheet, when the latter is in place on the arches 110 is the top line of the tunnel greenhouse. According to the invention, the sheet comprises precuts 2 of identical preferences, forming tear-oriented lines for the subsequent formation of aeration opening 5. These pre-cuts are formed by weakening points forming lines of preferably curves. These weakening points may consist of point reductions in the thickness of the sheet, but preferentially the points of weakness consist of small through perforations, spaced at a constant pitch. These perforations may be constituted by slots of two to four millimeters in length spaced by two to four millimeters of material. It goes without saying that these dimensions are given only by way of non-limiting example.
Preferably, the precuts 2 are regularly spaced in a row parallel to the longitudinal axis of the sheet, but for better ventilation, the precuts 2 are organized in at least two rows parallel to the median longitudinal axis AA 'of the sheet one of these rows being formed to the right of this axis AA 'and the other to the left of this axis. These two rows are preferably at the same distance from this axis. Thus the tunnel greenhouse formed using the cover may have at least two sets of precuts 2 respectively on each of the two sides of the cover formed. The vents 5 can then be formed first in one pan then in the other or simultaneously in the two panels at the choice of the operator. Similarly, the aeration 5 may be formed gradually, that is to say that all will not be formed simultaneously but one after the other during the season to take into account the evolution of the daily temperature during said season. Still according to the preferred embodiment, the precuts 2 of each row are offset laterally with respect to the pre-cuts of the other row. Thus each precut 2 of each row is located at the right of the interval between two pre-cuts of the other row. Such an arrangement is likely to standardize ventilation or ventilation of the tunnel greenhouse.
Advantageously, each pre-cut 2 forms a curve arc, for example an arc of circle circumference whose value of the subtended angle is equal to or less than 180. According to a first embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the concavity of each precut 2 is turned towards the longitudinal median axis AA '. This arrangement is conducive to forming ventilation openings and a flap associated with this aperture adapted, under the effect of its weight, to return itself in the plane of the opening or small angular spacing of said plane. Such an arrangement is able to limit the degree of ventilation or ventilation. Alternatively, as can be seen in FIG. 2, the concavity formed by each precut 2 is turned towards the corresponding longitudinal edge of the sheet. This arrangement always forms a shutter, but the latter under the effect of its weight is always removed from the ventilation opening. According to another embodiment of the invention, as shown in FIG. 3, the or each row alternately comprises pre-cuts 2 with concavity oriented towards the longitudinal median axis AA 'and pre-cuts 2 whose concavity is oriented opposite said axis. AA '.
According to another embodiment as shown in FIG. 4, each precut may be formed by two arcuate circumferences of circles turned towards each other by their concavity so as to form two forms of two half-moons. In Figure 4 is shown an aeration 5 formed by tearing the sheet according to the half moon outline. It can be seen in this figure that the flap 6 resulting from the formation of the aeration 5 remains attached to the sheet. This component 6 appears in dashed line on this figure. In the previously described embodiments, each precut 2 forms an open contour, but alternatively each pre-cut forms a closed or partially closed contour, for example a circular contour, as can be seen in FIG. 5. Preferably, a partially closed contour will be adopted. that is to say an outline whose ends are not merged, but are at very small distances from each other. In this way the formed shutter resulting from the tearing of the sheet according to the precut, will remain attached to said tarpaulin and can not pollute the soil of the greenhouse. According to another embodiment, each precut 2 is constituted by several closed or partially closed contours formed one in the other so as to scale the size of the ventilation openings that can be formed by removing the pre-cut parts. Such contours are shown in FIG. 6. It can be seen in this figure that each precut is formed by several concentric circular contours, for example by three contours. Additionally, between the circular contour of larger diameter of each pre-cut and the circular contour of the largest diameter of the adjacent pre-cuts of the same row may be formed a pre-cut 3 of connection in the form of a straight or curved line as shown in FIG. FIG. 7. Such pre-cutting arrangements 3 may be formed between open-contour pre-cuts of the same row.
These various provisions as described are mainly intended to increase the degree of ventilation of the greenhouse. It will also be possible to provide a tarpaulin with precuts 2 of different sizes joined or not by connecting pre-cuts. Such an arrangement is shown in FIG. 7. It goes without saying that the present invention may receive any modifications and variations in the field of technical equivalents without departing from the scope of this patent as defined by the claims below.
