Description
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de retenue d'un ouvrant d'un véhicule. Dans le domaine du transport de marchandise, on peut être amené à charger un véhicule avec différents types de produits, les produits en question étant stockés dans différents lieux. Dans un centre logistique, le véhicule peut ainsi être amené à se déplacer d'un lieu de stockage à un autre. Les déplacements entre deux lieux de stockage se font généralement en conservant les ouvrants du véhicule en position ouverte. La fermeture et l'ouverture de l'ouvrant est une opération contraignante qui fait que le véhicule circule entre plusieurs baies de chargement avec son ou ses ouvrants en position ouverte. De façon traditionnelle, dans le cas d'un véhicule dont l'ouvrant est pivotant - typiquement sur la face arrière du véhicule -, l'ouvrant est maintenu en position ouverte par une tringle. Ce système actuel s'avère présenter de nombreux inconvénients. Sa mise en place demande notamment des efforts importants à l'utilisateur, il présente une tendance à se bloquer et risque par ailleurs de se déverrouiller de lui-même, par exemple sous l'effet des vibrations du véhicule lors de son déplacement. De plus, il peut se montrer bruyant et n'est pas adapté aux véhicules à voie étroite car la dimension de la tringle peut être incompatible avec la dimension transversale du véhicule. Le problème se pose également pour des ouvrants battants - typiquement disposés sur une face latérale d'un véhicule - pour lesquels il n'existe pas de moyens de blocage satisfaisants de l'ouvrant dans sa position ouverte. La présente invention vise alors à pallier ces inconvénients. A cet effet, l'invention propose un dispositif de retenue d'un ouvrant d'un véhicule, le dispositif de retenue comprenant un organe de fixation adapté pour fixer le dispositif à une caisse du véhicule, un organe de retenue monté mobile par rapport au organe de fixation entre une position de retenue dans laquelle l'organe de retenue est apte à retenir l'ouvrant dans une position d'ouverture et une position de libération dans laquelle l'organe de retenue est agencé pour libérer l'ouvrant, et un organe de rappel agencé pour solliciter l'organe de retenue en position de retenue.The present invention relates to a device for retaining an opening of a vehicle.
