- 1 - DISPOSITIF DE SCELLE DE BOUTEILLES DE VINS OU SPIRITUEUX DESTINE A EVITER LE RE-REMPLISSAGE DE BOUTEILLES VIDES DOMAINE TECHNIQUE La présente invention concerne un dispositif de scellé de bouteilles de vins ou spiritueux ou similaires permettant de lutter contre les fraudes et la contrefaçon, et plus particulièrement, pour lutter contre la fraude sur la bouteille dite de re-remplissage. ART ANTERIEUR Dans le domaine des vins et des spiritueux, une fraude bien connue consiste à récupérer une bouteille originale d'un grand cru puis à la re-remplir avec un vin de 15 moindre qualité pour ensuite la revendre comme étant une bouteille de grand cru et faire ainsi des profits. Afin d'éviter cette fraude dite de substitution, on a déjà imaginé un très grand nombre de dispositifs anti-remplissage également appelés dispositifs d'irremplissabilité. 20 Ce type de dispositif présente un axe qui coïncide avec l'axe du goulot de la bouteille lorsqu'il est monté sur cette dernière et comprend un clapet anti-retour se présentant sous la forme d'une chambre enfermant une pièce mobile, un conduit axial de distribution situé au-dessus de ladite chambre et des moyens de fixation sensiblement 25 irréversibles sur le goulot de la bouteille. C'est le cas, notamment, de la demande de brevet français FR 379 525 qui décrit une bouteille munie d'un dispositif anti-remplissage comportant dans son goulot un siège de soupape monté sur des épaulements, ledit siège de soupape étant pourvu d'extrémités 30 se dépassant l'une l'autre et se trouvant dans le même plan horizontal, et une soupape articulée au siège précité. 10 - 2 - On connait également la demande de brevet français FR 2 730 705 qui décrit un dispositif anti-remplissage pour bouteilles et flacons comportant un clapet anti-retour, se remettant de lui-même en position fermée sous l'action d'un ergot, un canal de versement décalé, un jeu de chicanes fixes, une pastille à écoulement latéral, deux cavités de positionnement ou plus dans lesquelles se positionnent les crans de retenue correspondants. On connait également le document WO 2001051381 qui décrit une capsule de bouchage comprenant une bouche de capsule typiquement dotée d'une tête et d'une jupe et un insert en matière plastique, la jupe filetée est fixée à ladite ébauche. La capsule peut avantageusement être munie d'un dispositif d'irremplissabilité comprenant une bille comprise entre une lèvre inférieure empêchant la bille de tomber et empêchant le remplissage ultérieur du récipient de la bouteille et entre une membrane supérieure empêchant l'extraction de la bille tout en permettant l'écoulement du liquide contenu dans la bouteille. Tous ces dispositifs anti-remplissage présentent l'inconvénient d'être particulièrement onéreux à fabriquer et à mettre en place de sorte qu'ils sont peu, voire pas du tout, utilisés.TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a device for sealing bottles of wines or spirits or the like, making it possible to fight against fraud and counterfeiting, and more particularly, to fight against fraud on the so-called refilling bottle.
