    Claims (15)

    2. Cap according to claim 1, in which said means (11) for preventing said disc (10) from rotating with respect to said seal (8) are attachment holes (11) formed in said disc, and the upstands (12) of which are facing the inside of said cap.
    3. Cap according to claim 1, in which said means for preventing said disc from rotating with respect to said seal consists of an adhesive layer.
    4. Cap according to any one of claims 1 to 3, in which said skirt (6) includes a circular line of weakness (13) designed to ensure that said receptacle cannot be tampered with, located at a height between the threaded ring (3) and the mating ring (4) of said neck (2), after the cap has been crimped.
    5. Cap according to any one of claims 1 to 3, in which said skirt (6) does not include the circular line of weakness (13), said receptacle being made tamper proof by breaking said closed line of weakness (9) and by the resulting separation of said disc (10), the first time that said receptacle is opened.
    6. Cap according to any one of claims 1 to 5, in which said disc (10) is not axially fixed to said head after the bridges in the line of weakness (9) have broken.
    7. Cap according to any one of claims 1 to 6, in which said skirt (6) comprises a portion of an axial line of weakness (14) starting from the end of said skirt (6), opposite said head (5).
    8. Cap according to any one of claims 1 to 7, in which a thin object (15) is inserted between said disc and said seal.
    9. Cap according to claim 8, in which said object (15) can be inscribed within a closed line of weakness (9) so that it can be extracted.
    10. Cap according to any one of claims 8 and 9, in which said object (15) is a means for identifying said receptacle, a support for a message to be used as part of a game, competition or advertisement, a miniaturized alcohol test or any other miniaturized object.
    11. Cap according to any one of claims 1 to 10, in which said body of the cap is made of a metallic or plastic material.
    12. Cap according to claim 11, in which said body is made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy.
    13. Cap according to any one of claims 1 to 12, in which said holding means consists of a groove (7) at the end of said skirt (6).
    14. Receptacle for which the neck (2) is crimped by a cap (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 13.
