Definitions
- the invention relates to the field of closure of containers for using stopper capsules.
- the invention relates more especially the sealing of containers whose contents require a capsule with tax stamp.
- the capsule manufacturer therefore considered using capsules screw closure, because the opening force can be easily dosed and lowered to an acceptable level for any person even old, and moreover, they allow a filling easy.
- this type of capsule makes it possible to preserve the specific characteristics of the packaged liquid, in particular by the use of an appropriate seal.
- the wine conditioner does not want to have a large stock of taxed bottles, i.e. bearing the tax stamp, since he would have to finance the amount of this tax that constitutes the tax stamp during a indefinite time, which would not be acceptable in terms of financial profitability.
- French Patent No. 2,251,492 only partially responds to the above characteristics.
- its industrial implementation is made difficult by the need to locate the tax stamp axially and radially with respect to the pre-cut patch.
- this patch has the curvature of the skirt and various irregularities due to crimping, which, under these conditions, practically excludes the possibility of having the tax administration accept the fixing after the fact of the tax stamp.
- the object of the invention is therefore to develop a capsule closure which, unlike the capsule according to the patent French n ° 2.251.492, meets all of these requirements defined above.
- the means for holding said seal may consist of any means ensuring axial positioning of the seal on the face internal of the capsule head.
- the joint must retain a possibility of rotation by compared to the head of the capsule.
- a holding means according to the invention can be consisting of a groove or spikes.
- Figures 1a to 1d show a capsule (1) according to the invention, Figure 1 being a view in axial section, Figure 1b a perspective view, Figure 1c a top view, and Figure 1d an enlarged axial section of the capsule head (5).
- FIG. 1a the head (5), the skirt (6) and the groove (7) of the capsule (1) have been identified.
- the closed weakening line (9), circular, which delimits the central patch (10), and the weakening line of the skirt (13) have been indicated.
- Figure 1b which further comprises holes (11) whose inner edges constitute means for securing the patch (10) and the seal (8), and an axial weakening line (14) .
- Figures 1c and 1d show a capsule (1) according to the invention, Figure 1 being a view in axial section, Figure 1b a perspective view, Figure 1c a top view, and Figure 1d an enlarged axial section of the capsule head (5).
- the head (5), the skirt (6) and the groove (7) of the capsule (1) have been identified
- Figures 2a, 3a and 4a are axial half-sections of capsules (1) and necks (2) with the threaded ring (3) and the counter ring (4).
- the corresponding figures 2b, 3b and 4b are top views of the capsule heads (5) showing marks (17) and (18) to illustrate the relative rotation the pellet (10) and the rest of the head (5).
- Figures 2a and 2b show the capsule and the neck before unscrewing the capsule.
- the marks (17) and (18) have been pointed opposite one another.
- the capsule is crimped under the counter ring and that the weakening line (13) of the skirt is located above this crimped zone.
- Figures 3a and 3b show the beginning of the unscrewing which causes the first rupture of the bridges of the weakening line (9) of the head, then those of the weakening line (13) of the skirt.
- Figures 4a and 4b show the end of unscrewing, when the upper part of the capsule comprising the head (5) is no longer secured to the neck (2).
- Figure 5a is an axial section of the capsule head (5) (1) crimped on a neck (2). She shows how the ledges (12) holes (11) enter the seal (8) and rotationally securing said pad (10) and said seal (8).
- Figure 5b shows a view similar to Figure 5a, but it also includes a heat-sealed tax stamp (16) or bonded to the outer surface of said patch (10).
- Figures 6a and 6b are front views of a storage of horizontal bottles, before taxation in Figure 6a, and after taxation in FIG. 6b, the tax stamp (16), represented by the letter "F", being glued or fused on the tablet (10).
- FIG. 7a represents the capsule head (5) before unscrewing the capsule
- FIG. 7b represents the capsule head after unscrewing, with the thin object (15) exposed, the pellet (10) being disconnected of the capsule head.
- said means for securing in rotation said pad and said seal are hanging holes (11) produced in said patch (10) and whose edges (12) are oriented towards the inside of said capsule and sink into the joint which is a standard material to elastic recovery. See Figure 5a.
- hooking holes (11) are used. We can thus obtain, if desired, and by playing in particular on the depth of the hooking holes (11), a capsule whose pellet (10) is axially detached from the head at the start of unscrewing, as soon as the bridges of the line of weakness (9).
- the capsule according to the invention can be provided with different means for improving the inviolability of containers closed with said capsules, or to facilitate their use or recycling them.
- said skirt (6) may include a circular weakening line (13) intended to guarantee the inviolability of said container, located, after crimping the capsule, at a height between the threaded ring (3) and the counter-ring (4) of said neck (2), as illustrated in Figures 1b, 2a and 3a.
- the inviolability of said container can also be ensured without circular weakening line (13), inviolability of said container being ensured by the rupture of said line closed attenuation (9) and by the decoupling of said pellet (10) which results therefrom, during the first opening of said container, the entire skirt (6) being then separated from the neck (2).
- said skirt (6) may include a portion of an axial weakening line (14) starting at the end of said skirt opposite to said head (see Figure 1b), so as to facilitate de-skidding of the container for recycling, i.e. separation easy of the container after use and the remains of the skirt capsule surrounding the neck of the container.
- the invention opens up new possibilities for attracting the consumer.
- the invention makes it possible to make easily accessible a thin object (15) interposed between said patch (10) and said seal (8).
- This object (15) may have a dimension close or not to that of the seal and therefore possibly be blocked in the capsule head, one face of the object being able to carry a message or a visible sign after departure of said patch.
- This object (15) can also be inscribed in the circle formed by the periphery of said patch (10) and therefore be easy to extract, as has been shown in FIGS. 7a and 7b.
- the capsules according to the invention can be produced in metallic or plastic material, but preferably, the capsules are made of aluminum or alloy aluminum.
- Another object of the invention consists of the containers closed by closure caps (1) according to the invention.
- Another object of the invention consists of the containers closed by closure caps (1) according to the invention and of which said patch (10) is covered externally with a tax stamp (16) adhering to said patch.
- the invention therefore makes it possible to dissociate over time the plugging and the storage of plugged containers, and the convenient installation of tax stamps, as illustrated in FIGS.
- Capsules similar to those shown in Figures 1a to 1d were thus obtained. These capsules were crimped onto bottles having a screw ring (3) and a counter ring (4).
