Description

The invention relates to a kit for personal items including toiletries, and intended especially but not exclusively for the use of users of sports facilities. The invention will be more particularly described with respect to this application, without being limited thereto.

The invention relates to container type toiletry kits, comprising: - a first and a second flaps, each forming at least one compartment provided with at least one planar face; - A third shutter in central position and connected on two of its opposite sides to the first and second shutters; the first and second flaps being articulated on the third flap between two extreme positions: - a closed position where the first and second flaps are such that their flat faces are facing and close to one another; an open position where the first and second flaps are such that their flat faces form an angle wedge between 1 ° and 1800; the kit further comprising a closure means capable of temporarily holding the first and second shutters in a closed position, When sportsmen take their shower in public facilities, the use of a toiletry bag to contain their personal items is not widespread. . This explains why athletes avoid using toiletry kits. Indeed, during the shower, for convenience to reach the various items in the kit, it is left open thus accumulating water in the containers.

The content of said kit is wet or even drowned during the shower, making it difficult or impossible to properly dry, and further degrading the personal items located inside the kit and the kit itself. -even.

In addition, since the usual kits are impractical in this type of sanitary facility, athletes prefer to wear individually their different toiletries. In addition to the inconvenient side of transporting various items by hand, this regularly leads to oversights. The object of the invention is therefore to propose a toilet bag of the type forming a single separate container in two separable compartments, and which on the one hand has a contact surface with the lowest possible wet soil, and on the other hand is able to protect the contents of the kit in use while allowing easy access to the contents. Thus, the present application relates to a container kit, comprising: a first and a second flap, each forming at least one compartment provided with at least one planar face; a third shutter in central position and connected on two of its opposite sides to the first shutter and the second shutter; the first and second flaps being articulated on the third flap between two extreme positions: a closed position where the first and second flaps are such that their flat faces are facing and close to one another and an open position where the first and second flaps are such that their planar faces form a dihedron angle between 1 ° and 1800; the kit further comprising a closure means adapted to temporarily hold the first and second shutters in the closed position, characterized in that it comprises stop means able to rest on the ground by a distal end and able to avoid contact with the floor of the part of each of the first and second flaps, opposite to said flat face.

The abutment means prevent the outer sides from touching the moist soil while leaving the contents of the kit easily accessible. Advantageously, said kit according to the invention comprises a return means of the first and second flaps to their closed position. Preferably, the return means comprises at least one elastic means connecting said third component to said compartment of the first component and at least one elastic connecting said third component to said compartment of the second component. According to another feature, said temporary closing means comprises: a male part situated on the first or second flap, comprising a movable projecting portion; - A female part respectively located on the flap opposite to that of the male part, comprising a housing adapted to receive said projecting portion temporarily locking said closure system; - A button adapted to make said projecting portion movable so as to unlock the closure system by disengaging the protruding portion of the male part of the housing of the female part.

Preferably, each first and second flap is on the one hand constituted by a box or compartment of substantially parallelepipedal shape of which one face is open (forming said flat face), and secondly articulated on the third flap along a ridge or opposite edge (e) to said open face, the third component being of dimension, in the direction transverse to the articulation with the first and second components, substantially equal to the sum of the two corresponding dimensions thereof. Advantageously, the compartments of each of the first and second flaps respectively have at least one removable closure means capable of preventing the involuntary displacement of the contents of the compartments. According to a preferred embodiment, said kit 1 according to the invention is preferably of rectangular shape having the dimensions, for example, as follows: - Between 22 and 33 cm in length; - Between 13 and 22 cm high; - Between 13 and 15 cm wide.

Preferably, the size of the kit is adapted to the contents of said kit especially to the size of a pair of shower flappers.

Said kit 1 comprises three flaps represented in FIG. 4: a first 2 and a second flap 3, each forming at least one compartment A and B provided with at least one plane open face; - A third flap 4 in central position and connected on two of its opposite sides to the first 2 and second 3 flap.

Preferably, each first 2 and second 3 flap is firstly constituted by a compartment A or B of substantially parallelepipedal shape, one face of which is flat and open, and is, on the other hand, articulated on the third flap 4 along an edge or opposite edge (e) to said open face, the third flap 4 being in the central position and of dimension, in the direction transverse to the articulation with the first 2 and second 3 flaps, substantially equal to the sum of the two corresponding dimensions of these.

Consequently, the kit according to the invention is able to accommodate any toiletry kit known to those skilled in the art, such as a shaving kit, cosmetic products, a deodorant, etc. Preferably the different flaps 2, 3 and 4 and the compartments A and B 5 are made of plastic, silicone or the like, for example thermoplastic such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) ) or elastomer. According to another embodiment, the different flaps 2, 3, and 4 and the compartments A and B have been treated so as to be hydrophobic in order to facilitate the evacuation of the water and the drying of said kit 1. In in addition to another embodiment not shown in the figures, the flaps are provided with eyelets capable of allowing the evacuation of water, preferably of a diameter between 3 and 5 mm. In other embodiments that are not illustrated, the closure means may comprise hook-and-loop fasteners of the Velcro® type, zip (s), button (s) pressure or any other means known to those skilled in the art to maintain said kit. 1 in the closed position shown in Figure 1.

In addition, the kit 1 comprises at least one and preferably two abutments 11A and 11B, on the first 2 and second 3 flaps. When the telescopic foot is folded, said spring is compressed again and maintained in this configuration, to allow a subsequent automatic deployment. Preferably, said abutment means 11 and the closure system 25 form a logo representing the mark under which is marketed said kit (see Figure 1). In an alternative embodiment, feet can be fixed on the outer face of the central flap 4 in order to prevent the whole of said central flap 4 from coming into contact with the ground as shown in FIG.

Said cough 1 according to the invention has several advantages over the kit of the prior art. Indeed, by the presence of the different compartments specific to the different toiletries, the user does not need additional bag especially for taps shower.
