L'invention concerne une recette à matériaux, constituée par : - un bâti (1) destiné à être fixé au niveau d'une ouverture d'un bâtiment à étages en travaux ; - une plate-forme (2) de chargement/déchargement de matériaux ou de matériels, caractérisée en ce que ladite plate-forme (2) est montée mobile en translation par rapport au bâti (1) de façon à être mobile entre une position escamotée dans laquelle la plate-forme (2) est destinée à être au moins partiellement rentrée dans le bâtiment et une position extérieure dans laquelle la plate-forme (2) est destinée à s'étendre à l'extérieure du bâtiment.
