Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a device for lifting a vegetation, more particularly a vine. This invention relates to the field of manufacture of accessories for the treatment and cultivation of vegetation.
In fact, this invention will find a particular application when it comes to the lifting of a vineyard. In this connection, it will be observed that, during the growth of the vines of such a vine and the development of the vegetation, there comes a time when it is necessary to proceed with the lifting of this vine. To do this, it is known to use, on the one hand, trellis son, extending in the upper part of the vine, and intended to be raised to adopt a position of lifting the vine, this for increase the leaf area, promote the maturation of grapes, and facilitate the administration of grape processing products. On the other hand, it is also known to use guidewires, extending in the lower part of the vine, more particularly close to the ground, and intended to be raised, this to prevent the vegetation from hanging out. on the ground and / or to be damaged by the passage of a grape processing machine. In fact, these (trellis and / or guiding) yarns extend along a row of vine stakes. Usually, these son (trellising and / or guiding) are split and are, then, arranged on either side of such a stake. It will be observed that these son (trellis and / or guiding) are made integral with such a stake via a spacer attached to this stake. Such a spacer can be made by folding at least one wire and usually comprises two branches each having, on the one hand, a proximal (so-called fixed) end secured to the vine post and, on the other hand, , a distal (so-called free) end 35 provided with a cradle for receiving a wire. Said spacer is designed so that such a branch can adopt at least two positions including a first position (called open position) in which such a branch extends laterally relative to the stake and a second position (called closed position or in which this branch extends substantially longitudinally with respect to this stake. Thus, during a vegetation lifting operation, the (trellising and / or guiding) threads are raised, this by exerting an ascending traction on these threads and / or by bringing the branches of the spacers from the first position towards the second position. In fact, such a vegetation lifting operation is usually carried out manually which makes it a painful and trying operation. In this respect, it will be observed that it is, more particularly, the lifting of the guidewires which proves to be the most painful and which frequently causes back pains, because of the positioning of these guide wires close to the ground. The difficulty of such a vegetation lifting operation is further increased, on the one hand, by the need to raise the trellising wires and the guide wires (thus by a doubling of the lifting operations) and, on the other hand, by an incessant change of posture of the operator to successively raise the tying son followed 25 raising of the guide wires. The present invention is intended to overcome the disadvantages of lifting devices of the state of the art. To this end, the invention relates to a device for lifting 30 vegetation, including a vine. This lifting device comprises: a first retractor, designed to raise at least one trellising wire of the vegetation, and comprising at least one branch each having a proximal end intended to be mounted on a peg, in particular of grapevine, and a distal end provided with a cradle for receiving a trellis wire vegetation; - A first means for maintaining at least one branch of the first retractor in the vegetation lifting position, the first means for maintaining being movable between an inactive position and an active position for maintaining such a branch in the vegetation lifting position ; a second spacer, designed to raise at least one guidewire of the vegetation, and comprising at least one branch each having a proximal end intended to be mounted on a post, in particular a vine, as well as a distal end provided with a cradle to receive a guidewire vegetation; a second means for maintaining at least one branch of the second retractor in the vegetation lifting position, this second means for maintaining being movable between an inactive position and an active position for maintaining such a branch in the vegetation lifting position; ; - Means for rendering in solidarity the first means for maintaining at least one branch of the first retractor in the vegetation lifting position and the second means for maintaining at least one branch of the second retractor in the vegetation lifting position. According to another characteristic of the invention, the means 25 for making the first and second means for holding together in a manner of movement comprise a rigid rod. An additional feature is that the device comprises means for adopting, at the first means for maintaining at least one branch of the first retractor in the lifting position of the vegetation, an active position for maintaining such a branch, this under the effect of an action exerted on this first means for maintaining and / or on the means for rendering the first and second means for holding at least one limb and / or on at least one trellising wire and / or on on at least one branch of the first retractor.
Finally, the invention relates to a system for lifting a vegetation for lifting device of a vegetation having the above characteristics. This system comprises: a means for maintaining, in the lifting position of the vegetation, at least one branch that comprises a retractor of the lifting device and which comprises a distal end provided with a cradle for receiving a guidewire of the vegetation ; - a means for making the displacement means integral to maintain, in the position of lifting the vegetation, at least one branch of the spreader and another means for maintaining, in the position of lifting the vegetation, at least one other branch than comprises another retractor of the lifting device and which has a distal end provided with a cradle for receiving a trellising wire vegetation. The invention therefore relates to a lifting device comprising a first retractor, a first means for maintaining at least one branch of this first retractor in the vegetation lifting position (referred to as the first holding means), a second retractor, a second retractor means for maintaining at least one branch of the second spreader in the vegetation lifting position (called the second holding means), and means for making the first and second means for supporting at least one branch of the first and second spreaders movable together; (called means of solidarity). This device therefore makes it possible, advantageously and during a lift operation of the trellising wires (by directly acting on these trellis wires and / or on the first retractor and / or on the first holding means and / or on the means for securing), to ensure, simultaneously, and automatically, the lifting of the guide wires. Also, to raise the vegetation located close to the ground, it is no longer necessary to intervene manually on the guide wires. The raising of these guide wires is, advantageously, provided by the second holding means which is driven in displacement by the securing means, this under the effect of a lifting operation of the trellis son. Likewise, especially after the harvesting and the size of the vegetation, during a lowering operation of the trellising wires (by intervening on the first holding means and / or on the second holding means and / or on the means for securing, or even on the first spacer, including opening this spacer, this by removing its branches), it is also ensured simultaneously and automatically, the lowering of the guide wires. Also, to lower the vegetation located close to the ground, it is no longer necessary to intervene manually on the guide wires. The lowering of these guide wires is, again, provided by the second holding means which is driven in displacement by the securing means, this under the effect of a lowering operation of the trellis son. Another feature is that the device comprises means for adopting, at the first means for maintaining at least one branch of the first retractor in the vegetation lifting position, an active position for maintaining such a branch. In fact, this means for adopting such an active holding position may be constituted by a spring which is designed to give the first holding means an upward movement having the effect of driving at least one branch of the first spacer in the direction of a lifting position. This means for adopting an active holding position allows, then advantageously, to facilitate the lifting of the trellis son, or even to automate the lifting of these trellis son. In addition and through the securing means, this means for adopting an active holding position also makes it possible to facilitate the lifting of the guide wires, or even to automate the raising of these guide wires. Other objects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description relating to embodiments which are given by way of indicative and non-limiting examples. The understanding of this description will be facilitated by referring to the appended drawings in which: FIG. 1 is a diagrammatic and elevational view of the lifting device of a vegetation according to the invention, before the lifting of this vegetation; - Figure 2 is a view similar to the previous and corresponding to a lifting device adopting a position 10 lifting vegetation; FIG. 3 is a schematic and detailed view of a first element, which comprises the device illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, and which comprises, on the one hand, a first means for holding at least one branch of a first retractor; in position 15 for lifting the vegetation and, secondly, a means for adopting the first means to maintain an active holding position, this in position of lifting vegetation; FIG. 4 is a schematic and detailed view of a second element, which comprises the device illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, and which comprises, on the one hand, a second means for maintaining at least one branch of a second spreader in the vegetation lifting position and, secondly, means for mounting the second means for maintaining sliding relative to a post, this in the vegetation lifting position. The present invention relates to the field of manufacture of accessories for the treatment and cultivation of vegetation. This invention will find a particularly suitable (but however non-limiting) application in the treatment and cultivation of vine vegetation. In fact, this invention relates more particularly to a device 1 for lifting a vegetation, more particularly constituted by a vine.
As seen in the appended figures, such a lifting device 1 comprises a first spacer 2, designed to raise at least one trellis wire vegetation, and intended to be implanted in the upper part of a post P, including vine. This first spacer 2 comprises at least one limb (20, 20 ') having, each (20, 20'), a proximal end 21 intended to be mounted on a post P, in particular of vine, as well as a distal end 22 provided with a cradle 23 for receiving a trellis wire vegetation. Such a branch (20, 20 ') can adopt a first position (called open position of the spacer 2 and illustrated in FIG. 1) in which this branch (20, 20') extends laterally with respect to the stake P as well as a second position (called closed position of the retractor or lifting position and illustrated in FIG. 2) in which this branch (20, 20 ') extends substantially longitudinally with respect to this post P. In fact and as visible in the appended figures, this first spacer 2 preferably comprises two branches (20, 20 ') and a member 24 designed to connect these two branches (more particularly the proximal ends 21 of these two branches 20, 20' ) and to allow mounting of the first spacer 2 on the stake P (more particularly by positioning around the stake P, such a member 24 adopting the form of a loop, in particular open). According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, such a first spacer 2 consists of a deformed wire and for which the branch or branches (20, 20 ') and the member 24 are defined by deformation (more particularly by folding) of such a wire. Additionally, the lifting device 1 may be completed by a workpiece (particularly in the form of a staple or the like) designed to fix this first spacer 2 on the post P.
The lifting device 1 comprises, again, a first means 3 for maintaining at least one leg (20, 20 ') of the first spacer 2, this in the vegetation lifting position. This first means 3 for maintaining is movable between an inactive position (Figure 1) and an active position (Figure 2) for maintaining such a branch (20, 20 ') in the vegetation lifting position. In fact, the first means 3 for maintaining at least one branch (20, 20 ') of the first spacer 2 in the vegetation lifting position comprises means 30 for containing at least one such branch (20, 20'). Such means 30 for containing takes the form of a loop (at least partially closed) extending in a plane substantially perpendicular to the direction of extension of a branch (20, 20 '), when this ci (20, 20 ') adopts a position of lifting vegetation. In the rest of the description, such a first means 3 for maintaining at least one leg (20, 20 ') of the first spacer 2 in the vegetation lifting position will be called the first holding means 3. The lifting device 1 comprises again, a second spacer 4, designed to raise at least one guidewire of the vegetation, and intended to be implanted in the lower part of a post P, especially of vine, more particularly close to the ground. This second spacer 4 comprises at least one limb (40, 40 ') having, each (40, 40'), a proximal end 41 intended to be mounted on a post P, in particular of vine, as well as a distal end 42 provided with a cradle 43 to receive a guide wire vegetation. Such a branch (40, 40 ') can adopt a first position (called open position of the spacer 4 and illustrated in FIG. 1) in which this branch (40, 40') extends laterally with respect to the stake P as well as a second position (called closed position of the spacer 4 or lifting position and illustrated in FIG. 2) in which this branch (40, 40 ') extends substantially longitudinally with respect to this stake P. In fact and such that visible in the figures in the appendix, this second spacer 4 preferably comprises two branches (40, 40 ') and a member 44 designed to connect these two branches (more particularly the proximal ends 41 of these two branches 40 , 40 ') and to allow mounting of the second spacer 4 on the stake P (more particularly by positioning around the stake P, such a member 44 adopting 10 in the form of a loop, in particular open). According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, such a second spacer 4 is constituted by a deformed wire and for which the branch or branches (40, 40 ') and the member 44 are defined by deformation (more particularly by Folding) of such a wire. In addition, the lifting device 1 can be completed by a part (in particular in the form of a staple or the like) designed to fix this second spacer 4 on the post P. 20 The lifting device 1 comprises, again, a second means 5 for maintaining at least one limb (40, 40 ') of the second spacer 4, in the position of lifting the vegetation. This second means 5 to maintain is movable between an inactive position (Figure 1) and an active position (Figure 2) for maintaining such a branch (40, 40 ') in the vegetation lifting position. In fact, the second means 5 for maintaining at least one branch (40, 40 ') of the second spreader 4 in the vegetation lifting position comprises means 50 for containing at least one such branch (40, 40'). Such means 50 to contain adopts the shape of a loop (at least partially closed) extending in a plane substantially perpendicular to the extension direction of a branch (40, 40 '), this when it (40, 40 ') adopts a vegetation lifting position.
In the following description, such a second means 5 for maintaining at least one branch (40, 40 ') of the second spacer 4 in the vegetation lifting position will be called the second holding means 5.
The device 1 for raising the vegetation also comprises a means 6 for making the first means 3 integral in displacement to maintain at least one branch (20, 20 ') of the first spreader 2 in the vegetation lifting position and the second means 5 for maintaining at least one branch (40, 40 ') of the second spreader 4 in the vegetation lifting position. This means 6 for rendering the first and second holding means 5 securely in place makes it possible, advantageously, to control in motion (towards an active holding position or towards an inactive holding position) the first holding means 3, respectively the second 5, and, through this means 6, to drive in displacement (again, to an active holding position or to an inactive holding position) the second holding means 5, respectively the first means of 3. In particular, this means 6 to make solidarity in displacement makes it possible to control the displacement of the first holding means 3 towards an active holding position, this by intervening on this first holding means 3 (ascending traction) and / or on the first spacer 2 (closing of this spacer) and / or the trellising son (pulling up), more particularly to ensure the lifting of these trellis son. Through this means 6 to make solidarity, the second holding means 5 is moved to an active holding position. Such a drive makes it possible, advantageously, to lift the guide wires, this automatically, by only lifting the trellising wires, and without having to intervene manually on the second holding means 5, or on the second spacer 4 or on these guide wires.
Through this means 6 to make solidarity, the second holding means 5 is moved to an inactive holding position. Such a drive makes it possible, advantageously, to ensure the lowering of the guide wires, this automatically, by proceeding only to the lowering of the trellis son, and without having to intervene manually on the second holding means 5 , or on the second spacer 4 or on these guide wires. According to another embodiment, this means 6 to make integral in displacement makes it possible to control the displacement of the second holding means 5 towards an inactive holding position, this by intervening on this second holding means 5 (downward pressure), plus particularly to ensure the lowering of the guide wires. Through this means 6 to make integral, the first holding means 3 is moved to an inactive holding position. Such a drive makes it possible, advantageously, to ensure the lowering of the trellising wires, this automatically, by proceeding only to the lowering of the guide wires, and without having to intervene manually on the first holding means 3 , even on the first spacer 2 or on these trellis son. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the means 6 for rendering the first and second means 5 for holding together rigidly comprises a rigid rod 60. Additionally, the device 1 comprises, on the one hand, a first means 61 for mounting the means 6 to make the moving means (3; 5) movable to maintain on the first means 3 for holding and secondly a second means 62 for mounting the means 6 for rendering solidly displacing the means (3; 5) to maintain, this on the second means 5 to maintain. In fact, the first 61 and / or the second means 62 for mounting the means 6 to make the moving means (3; 5) in motion together are constituted by a deformation of the rigid rod 60, more particularly by a deformation of a free end of this rigid rod 60. A preferred embodiment illustrated in the accompanying figures is that the first means 61 for mounting is constituted by a hook hook while the second means 62 for mounting is constituted by a loop. The lifting device 1 may, again, comprise a means 7 for cooperating with a control member of the displacement of the means 6 to make the first and second means 5 integral to maintain and / or move at least one of the means (3; 5) to maintain (more particularly the first 3 means to maintain). As can be seen in the appended figures, the means 7 for cooperating with a control member is constituted by a catch hook 20, more particularly fitted to the first means 3 for holding. The lifting device 1 may also include a means 8 for adopting, at the first means 3 to maintain (in the vegetation lifting position) at least one branch 25 (20, 20 ') of the first spacer 2, a position active maintenance of such a branch (20; 20 '), this under the effect of an action exerted on the first means 3 to maintain (in particular via the means 7 to cooperate with a control member) and / or on the means 6 to make the first and second means 5 in solidarity to maintain at least one limb (20, 20 ') and / or on at least one trellising wire and / or on at least one limb ( 20, 20 ') of the first spacer 2. Such an action may consist of an upward traction 35 exerted on this first means 3 to maintain and / or on the means 6 to make the first and second means 5 together to move at first. least one limb (20, 20 ') and / or on at least one trellis wire and / or on at least one branch (20, 20 ') of the first spacer 2 (preferably on the two branches 20, 20' that may comprise such a spacer 2).
Such an action may also consist in bringing the distal ends 22 of the two branches (20, 20 ') of the first spacer 2 closer together (closing of this spacer 2 comprising two branches 20, 20') and / or bringing the two arms closer together. distal end 22 of at least one branch (20, 20 ') with the post P (preferably approaching the distal end 22 of the two branches 20, 20' that may comprise such a spacer 2) and / or in one bringing together the trellis wires. According to a particular embodiment, this lifting device 1 may comprise a means 8 for adopting, the first means 3 to maintain (in the vegetation lifting position) at least one branch (20, 20 ') of the first spacer 2 , an active position for maintaining such a branch (20, 20 '), this under the effect of an action (more particularly an upward traction and / or an approximation as mentioned above) exerted on at least one trellis wire and / or on at least one branch (20, 20 ') of the first spacer 2. As can be seen in the appended figures, such means 8 take the form of a spring 80 intended to be positioned around the post P, and designed to repel at least the first means 3 of maintaining towards an active position for maintaining at least one leg (20, 20 ') of the first spacer 2 in the vegetation lifting position. Thus, the spring 80 of this means 8 then makes it possible, advantageously, to facilitate the displacement of the first holding means 3 in the direction of such an active holding position, or even to automatically ensure the displacement of this first holding means 3 towards this position. In this regard, it will be observed that the branches (20, 20 ') of the first spacer 2 are able to bear against the first holding means 3 so that, under the effect of the displacement of this first holding means 3 in direction of an active position for maintaining at least one such branch (20; 20 ') in the vegetation lifting position, this first holding means 3 also makes it possible, advantageously, to automatically close the first retractor 2 and, thus, to ensure, automatically, the lifting of the trellis son. Another characteristic of the lifting device 1 consists in that it comprises a first element 9 comprising at least, on the one hand, the first means 3 for maintaining at least one branch (20, 20 ') of the first spacer 2 in vegetation lifting position and, secondly, the means 8 to adopt this first means to maintain 3 an active holding position. Additionally, this first element 9 may, again, comprise a means for receiving the first means 61 for mounting the means 6 to secure, this on the first means 3 of maintenance. In addition, this first element 9 may also include the means 7 to cooperate with the control member of the movement of the means 6 to secure and / or displacement of at least one means (3; 5). In fact, the means 8 for adopting an active holding position and / or the means for receiving the mounting means 61 and / or the means 7 to cooperate with the control member are preferably in the extension of the first means 3 to maintain. Another feature is that the lifting device 1 comprises means 10 for mounting the second means 5 for holding at least one limb (40, 40 ') of the second spacer 4 in the vegetation lifting position, while sliding. relative to the post P. In fact, such means 10 for slidably mounting the second holding means 5 comprise a means 100 for holding the stake P. Such a means 100 for holding the post P may take the form of a loop which, as can be seen in the appended figures, is preferably open, which advantageously makes it easier to place (in particular by clipping) on the post P a second element 11 described above and which comprises such means 100 to contain. In addition, these sliding means 10 comprise, again, a means 101 for centering the stake P with respect to the means 100 to contain the stake P. The presence of such a means 101 for centering advantageously enables to avoid the hooking of the means 100 to contain the post P on a cropping means that comprises such a post P. Another feature is that the lifting device 1 comprises a second element 11 comprising at least one of part, the second means 5 for maintaining at least one branch (40, 40 ') of the second spreader 4 in the vegetation lifting position and, on the other hand, the means 10 for mounting the second means for holding 5, this In addition, this second element 11 may, again, comprise a means for receiving the second means 62 for mounting the means 6 to secure, this on the second means 5 5 holding. As can be seen in the appended figures, the first element 9 and / or the second element 11 may consist of a deformed metal wire. In particular, the first element 9 may be constituted by a deformed wire for which the first means for holding 3 and the means 8 for adopting (or even the means for receiving the first means 61 for mounting and / or the means 7 to cooperate with control member) are defined by deformation (more particularly by folding) of such a wire 30 Similarly, the second element 11 may be constituted by a deformed wire for which the second means 5 to maintain and the means 10 in order to slidably mount (or even the means for receiving the second means 62 for mounting) are defined by deformation (more particularly by folding) of such a wire.
Finally, the invention relates to a vegetation lifting system for lifting device 1 of vegetation having the characteristics described above. This system comprises at least one means 5 for maintaining 5 (corresponding to the second means 5 to maintain described above), in the vegetation lifting position, at least one branch (40, 40 ') that comprises a spacer 4 (corresponding at the second spacer 4 described above) of the lifting device 1 and which has a distal end 42 provided with a cradle 43 for receiving a guidewire vegetation. This system also comprises a means 6 for making the displacement means, on the one hand, the means 5 to maintain (corresponding to the second means 5 to maintain), in the vegetation lifting position, at least one branch (40, 40 ') of the spacer 4 (corresponding to the second spacer 4) and, on the other hand, another means 3 for holding (corresponding to the first means 3 to maintain described above), in the position of lifting the vegetation at least one other branch (20; 20 ') that comprises another spacer 2 (corresponding to the first spacer 2 described above) of the lifting device 1 and which has a distal end 22 provided with a cradle 23 for receiving a trellis wire of the vegetation. Additionally, this lifting system may comprise the second element 11, described above, and incorporating the means 5 to maintain and the means 10 for mounting the means 5 to maintain, this in sliding on the post P. A Such a lifting system can then advantageously be designed to complete a lifting device 30 comprising a first spacer 2 (as described above), a first element 9 (as described above), and a second spacer 4 (as described above). In particular, such a lifting system may subsequently complement such a lifting equipment equipping a stake P, especially 35 for its improvement.
