Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé d'enregistrement de données sur un support d'enregistrement. L'invention est relative à l'implémentation de la fonction de décalage temporel dans une partie dudit support d'enregistrement appelée mémoire tampon de décalage temporel ayant une taille définie en terme de capacité d'enregistrement. Pour la mémoire tampon de décalage temporel, un premier seuil définit une limite en capacité, un second seuil définit une limite en temps d'enregistrement et un troisième seuil définit une limite minimale en temps d'enregistrement. Le dispositif enregistre les données dans la mémoire tampon de décalage temporel tant que l'un au moins du premier seuil ou du second seuil n'est pas atteint et lorsque l'un des deux seuils est atteint ainsi que le troisième seuil, on passe en mode lecture normale de la mémoire si la vitesse de lecture était inférieure à la vitesse normale et s'il se trouve dans une zone à tronquer, sinon, le processeur tronque des données.
