Abstract

Description

La présente invention concerne une pince à cheveux. De façon bien connue en soi, une pince à cheveux comprend deux pièces antagonistes reliées l'une à l'autre avec pivotement selon un axe, une broche de liaison des deux pièces antagonistes, qui forme cet axe de pivotement, et un ressort de torsion. Les pièces antagonistes comprennent, d'un côté dudit axe, des parties en forme de peigne destinées à la saisie des cheveux et, de l'autre côté de cet axe, des parties d'actionnement destinées à être pressées l'une vers l'autre pour réaliser l'écartement des parties en forme de peigne. Le ressort comprend un enroulement traversé par ladite broche et deux branches rectilignes d'extrémité, venant en appui contre les faces internes desdites parties d'actionnement. Lesdites parties d'actionnement peuvent avoir des formes ornementales. Cependant, les possibilités de formes ornementales qu'il est possible de réaliser sont limitées, pour des questions de contraintes de moulage insurmontables et/ou des raisons de coût de réalisation des moules permettant d'obtenir une forme donnée. Selon l'invention, chaque pièce antagoniste comprend, sur sa face externe, un moyen de montage d'une pièce ornementale et un conduit traversant la pièce antagoniste depuis sa face interne jusqu'à sa face externe et débouchant au niveau de ce moyen de montage, ce conduit permettant le passage desdites branches du ressort au travers des pièces antagonistes jusqu'au niveau desdits moyen de montage. Pour constituer une pince selon l'invention, les branches du ressort sont 35 engagées dans lesdits conduits puis les pièces ornementales sont engagées au niveau desdits moyens de montage des deux pièces antagonistes, ce qui réalise, simultanément à ce montage, le masquage des branches du ressort. Les pièces ornementales peuvent donc être réalisées séparément des pièces antagonistes, dans des moules et en des matériaux adaptés aux caractéristiques spécifiques qu'elles doivent avoir, puis être montées sur les pièces antagonistes au moyen desdits moyens de montage. L'invention permet de cette façon l'obtention de possibilités de formes et d'aspects bien supérieurs à ceux que peuvent avoir les pinces selon la technique antérieure, dans lesquelles les contraintes de moulage limitent les formes ornementales qu'il est possible de donner aux parties d'actionnement, lesquelles forment corps avec les parties de saisie de cheveux. De plus, grâce à l'invention, un même type de pièces antagonistes peut recevoir des pièces ornementales différentes, permettant de constituer des séries de pinces d'aspects ornementaux différents avec le même type de pièces antagonistes.The present invention aims to simultaneously overcome these disadvantages.
