Abstract

Un moteur électrique comportant un système de refroidissement du carter comprend un carter (1) présentant une flasque avant et arrière (2,3), un rotor (5) monté dans les flasques (2,3), un stator (4), dont le noyau (11) comprend des plaques statoriques alignées les unes par rapport aux autres dans le sens axial du rotor, ledit système de refroidissement de carter comprenant un tube (12) entourant le noyau statorique (11). Pour obtenir un refroidissement efficace et un processus de montage simple, avec un faible encombrement et un poids léger : o le tube (12) est entièrement entouré d'un carter (1) ayant au moins un canal de refroidissement (13) ouvert vers le tube (12), o le tube (12) entoure le noyau du stator (11) en engagement positif, o le tube (12) est centré, positionné et fixé sur ses bords d'extrémité (55) dans les flasques (2,3) pour éviter la rotation.
