Abstract

Dispositif (1) ou procédé pour mesurer une valeur (U ) proportionnelle à un rapport d'inductances ou de capacités de deux composants inductifs ou capacitifs (2, 3) comportant une première branche de mesure (4), et une deuxième branche de mesure (5), un élément de commande (9) permettant d'appliquer un saut de tension simultanément aux deux branches de mesure (4, 5) et de prédéterminer un intervalle de temps (td) pour le temps à partir du saut de tension, et un circuit d'échantillonnage (15) qui peut être déclenché par l'élément de commande (9), après l'écoulement de l'intervalle de temps prédéterminable, et qui permet de recueillir une tension différentielle (U entre les deux résistances de mesure (10, 13) et de la mettre à disposition, côté sortie, en tant que valeur de mesure (U ) proportionnelle au rapport entre les deux inductances ou capacités des deux composants inductifs ou capacitifs (2, 3).
