Abstract

The arrangement has a support (1) mounted on a median branch of a steering wheel (2) in a swiveling manner. The support is folded on a structure of the steering wheel in a folded position. The support is deployed in a utilization position for allowing the support to receive a multimedia apparatus for bringing the apparatus to a usage position by a driver. The support includes two legs that are extended outwardly while being widened. Ends of the legs have inwardly projecting fingers to maintain the apparatus in the usage position and lock the apparatus when the support is folded.

Description

AGENCEMENT DE SUPPORT POUR VOLANT DE VEHICULE L'invention concerne un agencement de support pour un volant de véhicule automobile, permettant à un conducteur, assis sur 5 son siège, de disposer d'un support intégré au volant, déployable pour recevoir un appareil multimédia. Sur les véhicules, il est déjà connu de rajouter des dispositifs sur le volant sous forme de pupitre permettant au conducteur de réaliser des opérations lorsque le véhicule est 10 à l'arrêt. Bien entendu à notre époque, pour la plupart du temps, il ne s'agit plus de prendre des notes, remplir des bordereaux de livraison, consulter des plans ou tout autre activité manuscrite. En effet, ces activités manuelles ou autres supports papiers sont remplacés et contenus dans des 15 appareils multimédia, plus conviviaux et faciles d'utilisation. Dans l'état de la technique, nous connaissons le document FR2716846 qui décrit un pupitre destiné à s'adapter sur le volant de direction d'un véhicule. Ces pupitres ou supports comportent des systèmes qui viennent en 20 prise sur le tore, en haut du volant, tandis que le support comporte une tablette parallèle au support en position de rangement et pouvant être relevée dans une position d'utilisation et bloqué manuellement par un système vis écrou. On comprend que ces dispositifs amovibles ne sont pas 25 particulièrement faciles à installer, demande une certaine dextérité pour les fixer sur le volant, et sont peu adaptés à une utilisation répétitive compte tenu du temps nécessaire à leur mise en place. Ces dispositifs sont le plus souvent artisanaux et pas compatibles avec le design du véhicule. De 30 plus, le confort d'utilisation peut laisser à désirer par leur manque de rigidité et de stabilité. It is understood that these removable devices are not particularly easy to install, requires some dexterity to fix them on the steering wheel, and are unsuitable for repetitive use given the time required for their implementation. These devices are most often craft and not compatible with the design of the vehicle. In addition, the comfort of use may leave something to be desired by their lack of rigidity and stability. The invention aims to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art by providing an arrangement of a support integrating perfectly into the design of the steering wheel, easy to implement and showing increased strength ensuring remarkable rigidity, a good performance of the multimedia device for a pleasant use by the driver.

Le volant 2 tel que présenté possède un design épuré dont le support 1 n'est pas perceptible car il est parfaitement intégré dans la structure de l'ensemble du volant 2. Le volant 2 est donc conçu et développé conjointement avec le support 1. La figure 2 montre une vue en perspective d'un volant 2 comprenant un support 1 déployé en position d'utilisation par le conducteur du véhicule, suivant l'invention. Sur cette vue, on voit que le support 1 a été déployé suivant les flèches 12. Le déploiement du support laisse apparaître l'empreinte 13 sur la partie centrale du volant 25 périphérique au logement du sac gonflable 7, du support 1 dans laquelle est logé intimement les pattes 10 et l'âme 11 qui affleure la partie centrale 6 du volant 2 procurant une remarquable qualité perçue.
