Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'un conteneur souple de grande capacité comportant un corps, un fond comportant une goulotte de vidage et un chapeau comportant une goulotte de remplissage, consistant à découper dans une feuille d'un matériau souple quatre panneaux principaux (1) de corps et le fond et quatre panneaux de chapeau (2), chacun des panneaux principaux ayant pour partie une forme (3) carrée ou rectangulaire à quatre cotés, dont le coté du bas se prolonge par une extension (4) sensiblement trapézoïdale dont le sommet vers le bas se prolonge par une patte (5), l'extension et la patte étant destinées à former le fond et la goulotte de vidage du conteneur, chacun des panneaux de chapeau ayant pour partie une forme (9) sensiblement trapézoïdale à base vers le bas et dont le sommet vers le haut se prolonge par une languette (10), la languette étant destinée à former la goulotte de remplissage, à former un pli (6) dans chacun des panneaux principaux le long du coté du haut, à fixer ledit pli pour former au moins un passant par panneau principal, à assembler et solidariser entre eux les quatre panneaux principaux et les quatre panneaux de chapeau, les plis étant disposés sur l'extérieur du conteneur, la base de chaque panneau de chapeau étant assemblée au coté du haut du panneau principal correspondant, les panneaux principaux étant assemblés le long de leurs cotés latéraux et de leurs prolongements correspondants, les cotés latéraux en correspondance des panneaux de chapeau étant assemblés entre eux, les extrémités du haut des languettes étant laissées libres afin de former une ouverture supérieure de goulotte de remplissage qui est sensiblement carrée.
