1/1 resumo “processo de fabricação de um recipiente flexível de grande capacidade, recipiente flexível obtido e embalagem correspondente” processo de fabricação de um recipiente flexível de grande capacidade compreendendo um corpo, um fundo compreendendo uma boca de descarga e uma cobertura compreendendo uma boca de carga, o qual consiste em cortar, a partir de uma folha de material flexível, quatro painéis principais (1) de corpo e o fundo e quatro painéis de cobertura (2), cada um dos painéis principais apresentando, em parte, uma forma quadrada ou retangular (3) de quatro lados, cujo lado inferior é prolongado por uma extensão substancialmente trapezoidal (4) cujo topo na direção descendente é prolongado por uma aba (5), em que a extensão e a aba estão destinados a formar o fundo e a boca de descarga do recipiente, cada um dos painéis de cobertura apresentado, em parte, uma forma substancialmente trapezoidal (9) com uma base na direção descendente e cujo topo na direção ascendente é prolongado por uma lingueta (10), em que a lingueta está destinada a formar a boca de carga, a formar uma dobra (6) em cada um dos painéis principais ao longo do lado superior, a fixar a referida dobra para formar pelo menos uma passagem por painel principal, a montar e fixar uns em relação aos outros os quatro painéis principais e os quatro painéis de cobertura, em que as dobras estão dispostas no exterior do recipiente, em que a base de cada painel de cobertura é montada no lado superior do painel principal correspondente, os painéis principais são montados ao longo dos respectivos lados laterais e dos prolongamentos correspondentes, os lados laterais correspondentes dos painéis de cobertura são montados uns em relação aos outros, as extremidades superiores das linguetas permanecem livres a fim de formar uma abertura superior de boca de carga que é substancialmente quadrada.
