Abstract

The panel (1) has a structural core (2) including an upper face (3) and a lower face (4), where upper and lower layers (5, 6) of the faces are coated with a coating material. A peripheral welded snap ring (15) i.e. band, is made of an elastically compressible thermoplastic material and arranged against the core along the junction line so as to ensure welding of the edges against each other.
