Abstract

The system has an external air inlet whose pipe is formed to convey outside air coming from outside an apartment building (10) into a double-flow heat exchange box after filtering the outside air. A wet air inlet is formed to convey humid air coming from a wet part e.g. kitchen, of the building to the box after filtering the humid air. A dry ventilation duct is formed to convey dry air resulting from combination of the outside air and the humid air accumulated in the box to living rooms of the building. The system has glazed openings (58) comprising windows spaced from each other so as to form a separation area at an inner side., where the separation area includes noble gases such as argon or krypton.
