Description

The present invention relates to the field of handling pallets, and more particularly to double skin thermoformed pallets.

A double skin thermoformed pallet is generally formed from two sheets of a plastic material and is generally shaped like a rectangular parallelepiped.

Several types of such pallets are known and they have applications in many technical sectors. The best known is the wooden pallet on which goods are arranged.

A disadvantage of existing pallets is the difficulty to maintain and wrap goods placed on such pallets. The existing method, known as palletizing, for packing goods placed on a pallet, for example of wood, for storage and / or transport, is to surround the goods with a transparent plastic extensible film. This process involves difficulties and wastes time because it takes several turns for the plastic film to pack the goods and it takes either an operator to turn around the pallet or an expensive machine rotating the pallet while packing the goods. with the plastic film and dedicated only to such an application. In addition, another disadvantage of such a palletizing film is that it is used only once, requiring large amounts of film, thereby generating costs and waste in large numbers.

The object of the invention is to obtain a pallet allowing very simply and quickly to palletize goods without requiring the use of a specific machine or plastic film tedious to set up and not reusable.

The invention achieves these objectives, by providing a pallet comprising a base and a frame, said frame comprising at least one amount that can be deployed between a storage position and a position of use, said upright being erected on the base of the pallet in the position of use, the upright being characterized by the fact that it comprises winding means and a winding element adapted to be wound on the winding means, said upright being configured so that the winding element is able to be unwound between a wound position and a unwound position when the amount is in position of use.
