Abstract
Description
La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de relier entre eux, deux fils métalliques ou non, sectionnés ou rajoutés, ce qui permet ensuite de les tendre. La réunification de ces deux fils sectionnés est traditionnellement effectuée par l'ajout d'un morceau de fil de fer. Une boucle est réalisée de chaque côté du fil de fer coupé, ce qui augmente l'espace entre les deux morceaux. Une partie du fil de rajout est passée dans la boucle et, est ensuite entortillée autour du rajout ; l'autre partie est ensuite glissée dans l'autre boucle, tendue et rabattue sur le rajout en l'entortillant plusieurs fois. Ce dispositif nécessite l'emploi d'outils (pince coupante, pince plate) et de fil de fer supplémentaire et comporte de graves risques de blessures aussi bien pour celui qui répare que pour les autres personnels qui ne voient pas toujours les fils de fer qui dépassent et se les enfoncent dans les mains en manipulant ces fils. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique, un tube carré creux ouvert à chaque extrémité par laquelle peut-être introduit, de chaque côté du tube carré, un bout du fil sectionné ou ajouté, de même diamètre ou de diamètre différent, de même matière ou de matière différente. Il comporte selon une deuxième caractéristique, sur le dessus du tube carré, à chaque extrémité, un boulon de serrage à écrou "papillon" ou "ailettes" soudé sur le boulon, indépendant l'un de l'autre, qui permettent de bloquer les extrémités des fils sur le fond du carré, sans avoir recours à des outils, sans risque de blessures et ne nécessitant 20 aucune force physique particulière. Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation : - la longueur du tube permet le raccordement des fils sectionnés sans avoir besoin de les tirer avec force, l'un vers l'autre, et sans dépassement extérieur des fils après le raccordement. 25 - le tube comporte sur sa face supérieure, à chacune de ses extrémités, un trou fileté du diamètre du boulon. - les boulons de serrage des fils possèdent le diamètre exact correspondant à la largeur intérieure du tube, ce qui évite aux fils de glisser sur les côtés. - la tête des boulons est constituée d'un écrou "papillon" ou à "ailettes", soudé sur le 30 boulon, ce qui ne nécessite l'emploi d'aucun outil pour le serrage. - le serrage individuel de chaque boulon permet de raccorder deux fils de diamètre différent ou de matériau différent sans risque de les voir glisser pendant la tension.
