Abstract

The device has a lever arm connected to a shoe's vamp edge on which one end of a tie rod (14) is articulated. Another end of the tie rod is articulated on an anchoring clamp (20) or a slightly curved staple that is selectively engaged in a plate connected to another vamp edge.
