Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif visible non réutilisable permettant de garantir jusqu'au premier emploi l'inviolabilité d'emballages primaires. Le muselet est constitué d'une sangle verticale (1) à 4 bras (11) comportant chacun à l'extérieur une crémaillère crantée anti-retour pour le réglage en hauteur (3), sur laquelle est pré positionnée horizontalement à 90° un collier (2) avec à l'intérieur une crémaillère de serrage anti-retour male (4) et femelle ( 6&8 ) pour le verrouillage. Sous le seul effet d'un serrage complet du collier (2) qui s'enroule sous lui même, l'ensemble du muselet se rétracte et se plaque tangentiellement à l'emballage primaire irréversiblement. L'ouverture définitive se fait par la destruction du muselet en tirant sur la languette détachable (5&7). Ce principe de double crémaillère réglable permet au muselet de s'adapter aux variations dimensionnelles et aux formes variées des emballages primaires. Le dispositif selon l'invention est destiné à l'inviolabilité des bouteilles, carafes, flacons et boites dont la restitution complète de l'esthétique initiale de l'emballage primaire après premier emploi est indispensable.The invention relates to a non-reusable visible device for ensuring until first use the inviolability of primary packaging.
