Description

i TAPIS DE COFFRE POUR VEHICULE i TREADMILL FOR VEHICLE

[1] The invention relates to a trunk mat for a vehicle. The invention also relates to a vehicle comprising such a trunk carpet. [2] The loading threshold of certain vehicles is at the same level as that of their boot carpet. This configuration is useful for loading objects into the vault. On the other hand, in certain situations, for example when the vehicle is parked on a slope or straddling a sidewalk, objects being loaded may fall on the road. [3] It is known from patent FR 2 885 571 a vehicle comprising a mobile floor of luggage compartment. This vehicle is equipped with a rear tailgate which operates 15 so that in the open position, the flap is in the extension of the boot floor. [4] The floor comprises, on the one hand, a rigid flat boot mat rotatably mounted on the lower edge of the backrest of a row of seats towards the front of the vehicle and, on the other hand, a shelf articulated mounted rotatably mounted on the upper edge of the trunk flap towards the rear of the vehicle. The boot floor can occupy two positions. In a first position, the trunk mat and the hinged shelf are aligned in the same horizontal plane thus providing an optimized loading surface in the trunk. In a second position, the trunk mat is disposed in a horizontal plane and the tablet is inclined relative to this plane thus forming a load stop at the rear end of the vehicle. [5] Such a floor makes it possible to have either a loading threshold of the vehicle at the same level as that of the boot mat in the first position, ie a load stop in the second position. Such a floor does not allow to have a loading threshold of the vehicle at the same level as that of the trunk mat while preventing objects from falling when the vehicle is parked. Indeed, when the shelf is raised in the load stop position, the floor has a gap between the rear end of the trunk mat and the shelf. [6] The object of the present invention is to provide a trunk mat at the trunk loading threshold which allows to retain the objects inside the trunk when the vehicle is not parked flat. [7] For this purpose, the invention relates to a vehicle boot mat comprising a rigid panel adapted to occupy different configurations characterized in that a portion of the panel is raised at its end in at least one of its configurations. [8] It is the mat that ensures both the objects can be loaded at the loading threshold and the fact that these objects can be locked longitudinally so as not to slip from the vehicle. It is therefore a very simple and economical structure because it does not require the use of several elements but only the carpet with a particular shape. [9] Preferably, the carpet has an L-shaped profile. [10] In this way, the raised portion forms a right angle with the middle plane of the panel and makes it possible to stop the loads in longitudinal translation. [1 1] Preferably, the raised portion is fixed. [12] This configuration is suitable for a vehicle whose loading threshold is not at the floor of the trunk. The trunk mat can then occupy a high position and a low position. In the high position, the trunk mat is at the loading threshold and in the low position, the trunk mat is at the trunk floor. The fact that the raised portion is fixed simplifies the structure of the trunk mat and makes this solution more economical. [13] Preferably, the lift portion is movable between a retracted position in which the portion is against the carpet surface and a raised position in which the portion is remote from the carpet surface. [14] The movable portion can be retracted so as to place the loading threshold in the extension of the trunk floor, which simplifies the loading of objects in the trunk. [15] Preferably, the movable portion is foldable on the panel. [16] The portion retracts against the panel very simply, just tilt the movable portion to the carpet panel. [17] Preferably, the trunk mat comprises means for retaining the movable portion in the raised position. [18] This prevents the raised portion from retracting against the trunk mat unexpectedly, especially when items are stored in the trunk and they may hit the portion and fold it back onto the mat. [19] Preferably, the panel is articulated in several places. [20] This allows, thanks to a particular kinematics, when the mat is in the up position and the portion is movable, to move from a position in which the movable portion is raised to a position in which the portion is retracted without have to return the carpet. [21] Preferably, the panel is returnable. [22] The panel can be turned, which avoids having to fold up the raised portion and allows to have a fixed portion.

In the case where the portion is movable, the flipping of the panel provides a completely flat carpet surface. [23] The invention also relates to a vehicle comprising a trunk mat adapted to occupy different configurations in the vehicle characterized in that the belt comprises a portion at its end which is raised relative to the belt in at least one of its configurations. [24] Preferably, the vehicle comprises locking means for maintaining the trunk mat in a raised position in the trunk. [25] The locking means can be placed on the side walls of the trunk and thus allow the carpet to move between the bottom of the trunk and the loading threshold of the vehicle. [26] Other features and advantages will become apparent from the description which is given below, by way of indication and in no way limiting, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: - Figure 1 shows a trunk mat in perspective With a movable portion folded over the carpet; FIG. 2 shows a trunk mat in perspective with an unfolded mobile portion; - Figure 3 is a sectional view on the side of a trunk floor with a carpet in the up position and having an L-shaped profile, one of the branches of the L being oriented downwards; - Figure 4 is a sectional view on the side of a trunk floor with a carpet in the up position and having an L-shaped profile, one of the branches of L being oriented upwards; Figure 5 is a sectional view on the side of a trunk floor with a carpet in the down position and having an L-shaped profile, one of the branches of the L being upwardly oriented. [27] A vehicle includes a trunk in which there is a trunk mat. The trunk mat 1 according to the invention comprises a rigid panel 1 adapted to occupy different configurations and a portion 3 of the panel is raised at its end in at least one of its configurations. [28] The panel 1 has a generally rectangular general shape. Its shape corresponds in any case to the bottom of the trunk of the vehicle. The panel is rigid and can be made of plastic material for example. The panel may be coated with a layer of material having a higher coefficient of friction than the coefficient of friction of the material in which it is made such as, for example, carpet or a rubber surface. The panel may also have indentations on its surface that retain objects such as longitudinal grooves 5 (visible in Figures 1 and 2). [29] The trunk mat 1 may have different configurations. According to a first configuration, the carpet is completely flat and only serves to function as a floor. In a second configuration, the mat has a raised portion which further provides a function of serving as a load stop for objects that are stored on the mat. [30] In its second configuration (Figures 2, 4 and 5) the end of the panel 1 has a portion 3 which is raised. The panel portion has a length corresponding to the width of the panel. The panel portion has a width corresponding to less than half the total length of the panel. The raised portion is preferably raised at an angle of 90 degrees to the panel, so that the carpet profile forms an L. But the raised portion may also form another angle (not shown) with the panel provided that this angle allows blocking objects. [31] The belt 1 according to the invention can be made according to two embodiments illustrated in the figures: according to a first embodiment (FIGS. 1 and 2), the raised portion 3 is movable relative to the panel 1 and according to a second embodiment (Figures 3, 4 and 5), the raised portion 3 is fixed relative to the panel 1. [32] Figures 1 and 2 show the trunk mat according to the first embodiment in which the movable portion can rotate about an axis AA 'coinciding with the rear edge of the horizontal portion of the panel 1. The average plane 7 of the panel is at the loading threshold 9 of the vehicle. [33] In FIG. 1, the movable portion 3 is completely folded over the panel, thus forming a substantially planar surface. [34] In Figure 2, the movable portion 3 is unfolded and raised above the surface of the carpet 1. To allow the portion to remain in the raised position, retaining means 11 comprising a link connecting a on the other hand, the horizontal part 20 of the panel and, on the other hand, the raised portion are provided. Other suitable retention means may also be provided. [35] According to this embodiment, there is no need to manipulate the carpet beyond folding and unfolding the movable portion. Nevertheless, to obtain a completely flat loading surface when the movable portion is retracted, it is possible, alternatively not shown, to return the carpet. [36] Figures 3, 4 and 5 show the trunk mat according to the second embodiment in which the raised portion 3 is fixed. [37] According to Figure 3, the panel 1 is attached to a level 13 located higher than the floor level 15 of the trunk. At this point, the trunk mat 1 is at the loading threshold 9 of the trunk. The fixed portion 3 is oriented downwards, thus providing a flat surface to the trunk at the loading threshold. Locking means 17 are located on the side walls of the box with which the opposite edges of the mat cooperate. [38] According to Figure 4, the panel 1 is always at a level 13 higher than the level 15 of the floor of the trunk and at the loading threshold 9 of the trunk. The fixed portion 3 is oriented upwards and can thus play its load off function. According to FIG. 5, the panel 1 is at a low level, that is to say at the level of the boot floor. At this point, the trunk mat is not at the loading threshold 9 of the trunk. The fixed portion 3 is oriented upwards, thus marrying the shape of the inner walls of the trunk. [40] To facilitate the handling of the carpet, the panel includes joints in several places. Thus, the horizontal panel comprises two axes of rotation BB 'and CC' which make it possible to deform the panel 1. In FIG. 1, the horizontal panel is visible in solid lines and the panel is deformed. is visible in broken lines. When the user wishes to go from the position illustrated in FIG. 3 to the position illustrated in FIG. 4, he starts by deforming the carpet (discontinuous lines), then he disengages the carpet from the vehicle, then he returns the carpet, he the solidarize back to the chest and rests in a horizontal position on the locking means 17 in the horizontal position. [41] The first embodiment illustrating the movable portion may also be made with a fixed portion (not shown) In this case, the mat must be completely returnable and must be able to be detached from the vehicle at the time of this operation. [42] The second embodiment illustrating the fixed part can also be realized with a movable portion, in which case the flipping of the carpet is not necessary. When the user wishes to move from the position illustrated in FIG. 3 at the position shown in Figure 4, it begins by deforming the carpet (discontinuous lines), then it raises the movable portion to rotate 180 degrees and finally, it rests the carpet in a horizontal position on the locking means 17 .
