Abstract

Cette solution associe la solidité de la fixation à l'absence d'agressivité de la butée. Pour résoudre le problème de vissage vertical sur un plan incliné, une ou plusieurs rondelles biaises sont placées sur la vis, sous la butée. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, mais non limitatif, ces rondelles sont réalisées dans le même moule et la même matière que la butée. Elles restent attachées à la butée par une partie sécable afin de limiter les manutentions lors du conditionnement et d'éviter leur perte lors du stockage et/ou sur chantier. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, mais non limitatif, la fixation métallique est une vis dont la tête est aplatie. Cette tête aplatie peut être obtenue soit par écrasement de la tête d'une vis courante, soit directement lors de la fabrication. Sous une autre forme de l'invention, la partie destinée à la fixation de la butée peut être constituée d'une pièce métallique plate pouvant être scellée, recevant par usinage ou déformation des moyens de rétention dans la maçonnerie.
