Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a device for cleaning a layered cloth used in the field of bakery. Bread making involves a fermentation phase before cooking during which the dough rest on a layered cloth while waiting to be baked. After charging such a layered cloth is stored until the next use. The essential disadvantage lies in the fact that the cloth diapers are laden with flour, and that it is necessary to clean them before storing them. Traditionally, the baker brushes the diaper before folding or rolling, which is a tedious operation if it is to be executed perfectly. On the other hand, this procedure has the disadvantage of generating dust that must be removed later. Devices for cleaning layered fabrics have already been proposed, in particular in the documents FR 2 599 221 and FR 2 387 698, and which essentially comprise means for brushing the layered fabric. However, these devices do not provide optimal cleaning, and their implementation requires many manipulations. The object of the present invention is to propose a device for cleaning a layered fabric making it possible to remedy the various aforementioned drawbacks. The device for cleaning a layered fabric according to the invention is essentially characterized in that it comprises on the one hand fastening means enabling it to be fastened at the end of a horizontal working plane capable of allowing the storage layered cloth before cleaning; on the other hand at least two tubular elements arranged parallel and between two of which extend brushing means whose active portion extends beyond a plane tangent to said two tubular elements, against which said layered cloth is intended to be moved longitudinally during a cleaning operation; on the other hand still suction means capable of creating a depression in said tubular elements, which are provided at the level of the contact areas with said diaper, slots for the suction of the latter. The layered fabric is thus displaced on the tubular elements, and is held there in support by suction, the longitudinal displacement allowing on the one hand an action of the brushing means and on the other hand the suction of the residual flour. According to an additional characteristic of the cleaning device according to the invention, the tubular elements consist of pipes of circular section. According to another additional feature of the cleaning device according to the invention, the tubular element on which the layered cloth passes first, comprises at least two parallel slots, which define an intermediate band capable of, because of the material of which it is made and / or its dimensions, under the pressure of the layer cloth and / or the suction effect, to collapse. According to another additional feature of the cleaning device 20 according to the invention, the brushing means consist of a straight brush arranged and held between the two tubular elements. According to another additional feature of the cleaning device according to the invention, the two tubular elements 25 are connected at their ends by tubular segments, so as to constitute an annular tubular structure. According to another additional feature of the cleaning device according to the invention, the tubular segments each comprise a mouthpiece for connection to a pipe itself connected to the suction means. According to another additional characteristic of the cleaning device according to the invention, the attachment means are configured so that the tubular element on which the layered cloth passes first, is positioned higher than the next tubular element, so that the plane tangent to them is oblique.
The advantages and characteristics of the cleaning device according to the invention will emerge more clearly from the description which follows and which refers to the appended drawing, which represents a non-limiting embodiment thereof.
In the accompanying drawing: - Figure 1 shows a partial schematic perspective view of a cleaning device of a diaper according to the invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic plan view of a portion of the same cleaning device. - Figure 3 shows a partial schematic cross-sectional view of the same cleaning device. FIG. 4 is a partial diagrammatic cross-sectional view of the same cleaning device during a cleaning operation of a diaper. - Figure 5 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a detail of the same cleaning device. With reference to FIG. 1, there can be seen a device 1 for cleaning a cover fabric according to the invention, secured to the end 20 of a horizontal working plane 2, through attachment means 21 , partially visible. Referring also to Figure 2, it can be seen that the cleaning device 1 comprises an annular structure 10, consisting of tubular segments, essentially two straight elements 3 and 4, parallel to the edge 20 of the work plane, connected by their ends. 5. The two rectilinear elements 3 and 4 are separated by a space 11 in which is placed, parallel to the two rectilinear elements, a brush 6. As is more particularly visible in FIG. 3, the active part 60 of the brush 6, that is to say the ends of the bristles 61 that it comprises, protrudes above the plane tangential to the two straight elements 3 and 4. It will be noted, in view of FIGS. 1 and 3, that preferentially, but without limitation, the fastening means 21 are configured to allow the structure 10 to be held in an oblique position, that is to say that the rectilinear element 3, which is closest to the edge 2 0, is disposed at a higher level than the rectilinear element 4, so that the plane tangent to the two straight elements 3 and 4, is not parallel to the work plane 2, but made with it an angle. Thus, in the particular embodiment shown, the rectilinear element 3 is positioned above the work plane 2, while the rectilinear element 4 is positioned substantially below the working plane 2. The rectilinear element 3 is longitudinally provided with two parallel slots 30 and 31 which delimit an intermediate band 32, while the rectilinear element 4 has two slots 40 and 41 in the extension of one another, and a slot 42 parallel to the other two. The locations of the slots 30, 31, 40, 41 and 42 are chosen in a particular way, and correspond, as can be seen in FIG. 4, to the contact zones of the rectilinear elements 3 and 4 with a layer fabric 7 stretched over these last. Furthermore, the segments 5 of the structure 10, each have a lower mouth 50, on which is connected a pipe 51 itself connected to a means adapted to create a depression, not shown, of the vacuum pump type.
In practice, the layered cloth 7 to be cleaned is stored on the worktop 2, then it is passed flat on the cleaning device 1, and more exactly on the rectilinear elements 3 and 4 successively, pulling on its end. as represented by the arrow T.
It will be understood that the suction creates a suction effect which sets the layer fabric 7 against the rectilinear elements 3 and 4 while sucking the residual flour. At the same time the bristles 61 of the brush 6 are strongly applied against the fabric 7 so as to loosen the residual flour which has not been sucked by the element 3, through the slots 30 and 31.
With reference to FIG. 5, the part of the rectilinear element comprising the slots 30 and 31 can be seen in more detail. The width of these slots 30 and 31 and their spacing, that is to say the width of the intermediate band 32, are chosen, according to the nature of the material used for the manufacture of the rectilinear element 3 and according to its thickness, so that during the cleaning operation, the strip 32 sags inwards, in so that the edge 33 which borders the slot 31 on the side opposite the band 32, constitutes a scraper for the fabric 7.
Conversely, the rectilinear element 4 has two slots 40 and 41 in the extension of one another, while the slot 42 is at a good distance from the latter, so that the intermediate band that separates them remains rigid. In practice, the user deploys the layered fabric 7 on the worktop 2, grasping an end that he first brings to the rectilinear element 3 on which he deposits and slides the layered fabric 7 to bring it up to the rectilinear element 4. Then it exerts a traction T on the end of the layered cloth 7, which remains pressed, by suction effect, on the two rectilinear elements 3 and 4, where it is over its entire length, successively sucked, scraped, brushed, then sucked. It should be noted that, for the sake of efficiency, it is preferable for the layered fabric 7 to have a width greater than the length of the slots 30, 31, 40, 41 and 42. However, it is possible to provide, in the case of use of small-width layer fabrics, reduction means in the form of sleeves adapted to be secured to the rectilinear elements 3 and 4 to reduce the active length.
From the manufacturing point of view, the structure 10 can be made of metal or plastic. This structure can result from the abutment of tubes, or be monobloc. It is possible that the structure consists of a box of oblong cross-section, whose longitudinally split longitudinal edges serve rectilinear elements, while the upper wall of the box comprises a brush.
It will also be noted that the rectilinear elements 3 and 4 may comprise additional slots, which preferably these must extend in the contact areas of the layered fabric 7, in the opposite case there must be provided a pump of high power suction. Optionally, it is possible to provide suction means disposed downstream of the brush 6, to collect the flour from brushing. On the other hand, the cleaning device according to the invention 10 may comprise more than two rectilinear elements. Note also that according to a particular embodiment not shown, the cleaning device according to the invention further comprises at least one other rectilinear element provided with at least one longitudinal slot, disposed opposite one or the other. other rectilinear elements 3 and 4, so that the layered cloth 7 can be moved between said additional rectilinear element and one and / or the other rectilinear elements 3 and 4, to be sucked on both sides .
Advantageously, the work surface 2 consists of a plate of a movably arranged table so that it can be moved and brought to the appropriate location. Note that the legs of the table can also be foldable.
