Abstract

The mudguard (1) has a semi-circular main wall (2) and an auxiliary wall (4), where the semi-circular main wall and the auxiliary wall are connected with each other by a linking zone that permits the folding of the auxiliary part with respect to the semi-circular main wall. The semi-circular main wall is combined to a structure of body of a vehicle, where the mudguard is formed of single rigid piece made of injection or blow molded plastic material. The linking zone is formed by a linear zone comprising cuts that allow the separation of the semi-circular main wall and the auxiliary wall.

La présente invention concerne un pare-boue pour véhicule tel qu'un véhicule automobile, constitué par un élément moulé en matière synthétique qui définit le passage de roue au moins en regard de la moitié supérieure de circonférence de la roue, élément pourvu de moyens de fixation rigide à une partie de carrosserie correspondante du véhicule. Suivant d'autres caractéristiques, prises seules ou selon toutes les combinaisons envisageables : - le pare-boue comprend une pièce en au moins deux parties rigides, une partie principale et une partie auxiliaire, ces parties étant reliées entre elles par une zone de liaison adaptée permettant le pliage de la partie auxiliaire par rapport à la partie principale. - la zone de liaison est formée par une zone sensiblement linéaire comportant des découpes ; - les découpes sont adaptées pour permettre la séparation de ces parties ; - la pièce est réalisée en matière plastique moulée, notamment par injection ou par soufflage ; - les découpes viennent de moulage. L'invention vise également un véhicule automobile comprenant au moins un pare-boue du type exposé précédemment. Des formes particulières de réalisation de l'invention vont maintenant être décrites plus en détail en référence aux dessins annexés, sur lesquels : - la Figure 1 est une vue schématique en perspective 15 d'un pare-boue de véhicule automobile, conformément à un mode de réalisation de l'invention ; - la Figure 2 est une vue de détail de la zone avant du pare-boue selon la figure 1.
