Composition de lubrification filmogène de vissage de joints filetés, propre à recouvrir au moins un filetage (FE, FI) et une butée de vissage (BVM, BVF) d'un élément fileté (EM, EF) de composant (T2, Ti) d'un joint fileté tubulaire (JF) d'un film à l'état solide, adhésif audit filetage (FE, FI) et à ladite butée de vissage (BVM, BVF), ladite butée de vissage (BVM, BVF) étant destinée à s'appuyer contre une autre butée (BVF, BVM) d'un autre composant (Tl, T2) dudit joint fileté tubulaire (JF) en phase terminale de vissage, et ladite composition de lubrification comportant une matrice, caractérisée en ce que la matrice comporte en outre au moins un matériau rhéorésistant et choisi de manière à conférer à ladite composition, en complément de la lubrification, une valeur de couple sur butée au moins égale à une valeur seuil.
- 2. Composition de lubrification selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le(s)dit(s) matériau(x) rhéorésistant est (sont) agencé(s) pour permettre l'obtention d'une valeur de couple sur butée au moins égale à une valeur seuil égale à 95%, préférablement 100%, d'une valeur de référence de couple sur butée d'une graisse de type API RP 5A3 obtenue pour ledit joint fileté tubulaire (JF°.
- 3. Composition de lubrification selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, comprenant de 10 à 25 % de matériau rhéorésistant en composition pondérale.
- 4. Composition de lubrification selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle le matériau rhéorésistant comprend de 1 à 99 % de résine terpénique à base d'alpha pinène, d'acide colophanique et résinique estérifié à la pentaérythrite, d'acide colophanique et résinique hydrogéné et estérifié à la glycérine et/ou de colophane polymérisée, en composition pondérale.
- 5. Composition de lubrification selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle le 30 matériau rhéorésistant comprend de 1 à 99 % d'acide colophanique et résinique estérifié à la pentaérythrite, en composition pondérale.
- 6. Composition de lubrification selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant de 10 à 20 % de cire de polyéthylène, de 0 à 5 % de composite polyéthylène/polytétrafluroéthylène, de 10 à 25 % de colophane estérifiée, préférablement de 10 à 20 %, de 0 à 20 % de cire de carnauba, préférablement de 4 à 12 %, de 20 à 30 % de stéarate de zinc, préférablement de 20 à 26 %, de 15 à 25 % de silicate orthophosphate de zinc calcium strontium, préférablement de 18 à 22 %, de 4 à 12 % de fluorure de graphite, préférablement de 4,5 à 7 %, de 0 à 4 % de polytétrafluroéthylène, de 1 à 3 % de nitrure de bore, de 2 à 8 % de bisulfure de tungstène, préférablement de 3 à 6 %, et/ou de 2 à 8 % d'agent de couplage en composition pondérale.
- 7. Composition de lubrification selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant au moins un additif de freinage constitué de dispersions de particules minérales ou organiques qui présentent une relativement forte valeur d'effort de clivage et/ou de fortes interactions particulaires ou liaisons attra'tives entre particules et/ou une dureté Mohs moyenne à élevée et/ou un comportement rhéologique résistant ou s'opposant au mouvement, chaque additif de freinage étant choisi dans un groupe comprenant au moins l'oxyde de bismuth, l'oxyde de titane, la silice colloïdale et le noir de carbone.
- 8. Composition de lubrification selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, comprenant des particules de lubrifiant(s) solide(s) dispersées dans la matrice, lesdites particules de lubrifiant(s) solide(s) comportent des particules de lubrifiants d'au moins une des classes 1, 2, 3 et 4.
- 9. Composition de lubrification selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle ladite matrice est à consistance solide, non collante au toucher et comprend au moins un liant à comportement viscoélastique. 30
- 10. Composition de lubrification selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans laquelle ladite matrice comprend au moins un savon métallique.25
- 11. Composition de lubrification selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle le savon est choisi dans un groupe comprenant au moins du stéarate de zinc, du stéarate de calcium, du stéarate de lithium, du stéarate d'aluminium et du stéarate de bismuth.
- 12. Composition de lubrification selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, dans laquelle ladite matrice comprend au moins une cire d'origine végétale, animale, minérale ou de synthèse.
- 13. Composition de lubrification selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, dans 10 laquelle ladite matrice comprend au moins un polymère liquide d'une viscosité cinématique à 100 °C au moins égale à 850 mm2/s.
- 14. Composition de lubrification selon la revendication 13, dans laquelle ledit polymère liquide est choisi dans un groupe comprenant au moins un 15 polyméthacrylate d'alkyle, un polybutène, un polyisobutène, un polydialkylsiloxane et un polysiloxane.
- 15. Elément fileté (EM, EF) de composant (T2, Tl) d'un joint fileté tubulaire (JF), ledit élément fileté (EM, EF) comportant au moins un filetage (FE, FI) et une 20 butée de vissage (BVM, BVF) contre laquelle doit s'appuyer une autre butée (BVF, BVM) d'un autre composant (Ti, T2) dudit joint fileté tubulaire (JF) en fin d'opération de vissage, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins ledit filetage (FE, FI) et ladite butée de vissage (BVM, BVF) sont recouverts d'une couche mince, adhérente à la surface du filetage (FE, FI) et de la butée de vissage (BVM, BVF), et constituée de la composition 25 de lubrification selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
- 16. Élément fileté selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce qu'il est recouvert au moins partiellement d'une épaisseur de composition de lubrification comprise entre 10 m et 50 m.
- 17. Élément fileté selon l'une des revendications 15 et 16, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également une surface d'étanchéité (SEM, SEF) apte à être en contact serrant étanche avec une surface d'étanchéité correspondante (SEF, SEM) d'un autre 30élément fileté (EF, EM) après ladite opération de vissage, et recouverte de ladite composition de lubrification.
- 18. Élément fileté selon l'une des revendications 15 à 17, caractérisé en ce 5 que les surfaces sont préalablement revêtues d'un revêtement ou film ayant un rôle de protection contre la corrosion.
- 19. Joint fileté tubulaire comprenant un élément fileté mâle et un élément fileté femelle, caractérisé en ce que l'un au moins desdits éléments filetés est conforme 10 à l'une des revendications 15 à 18.
