Abstract
本发明设计了一种屏蔽去除氟气体、氯气体、溴气体的铋基润滑脂的制备方法与所制得的产品。该制备方法是:(1)由异辛酸和氧化铋在异丙醇下通入氮气加热至80℃反应4小时。(2)加入12羟基硬脂酸和硬脂酸将温度保持至95℃,反应2小时,并保持冷凝回流。(3)加入矿物油,同时搅拌,冷凝蒸出过量的异丙醇与水混合物之后,将温度升至120℃保持1小时,将温度升至180℃,加入剩余冷矿物油,急冷降温,研磨,得到最终产品。本发明,屏蔽去除氟气体、氯气体、溴气体功能好,适用接触氟气体、氯气体、溴气体的轴承齿轮设备。可应用于制药、化工、冶金、废水处理、环境保护、以及海水淡化等众多制造行业。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及环保和润滑脂制备技术领域,具体涉及屏蔽去除氯气体、溴气体,保护轴承和齿轮密封的铋基润滑脂合成制备方法及所制得的产品。
背景技术与本发明要解决的问题
随着现代工业的高速发展,润滑脂需要保持轴承和齿轮润滑的基础上,保护部件不被腐蚀,减少环境污染。溴污染源对工业生产设备使用和环境都有着极大的危害。接触氯气体、溴气体的密封轴承和齿轮,容易受损和泄露,流失到环境水溶液中能够形成非常稳定的状态很难去除掉。本发明合成制备了屏蔽去除接触氯气体、溴气体的铋基润滑脂,可以应用在接触溴盐轴承和齿轮中,减少腐蚀部件和环境污染。其效果远高明显,而且成本较低。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种铋基润滑脂的制备方法。该润滑脂可以屏蔽去除接触氟气体、氯气体、溴气体,保护轴承和齿轮的密封。
铋基润滑脂,其特征在于:所述功能润滑材料为铋基润滑脂,组分包括中的一种或几种;其中,包括异辛酸铋,氧化铋,12羟基硬脂酸铋,硬脂酸铋和矿物油。其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的异辛酸铋,氧化铋,12羟基硬脂酸铋,硬脂酸铋的摩尔比为0.2-0.5∶0.2-0.5∶0.5-1∶0.5-1。矿物油的加入量为原料总质量的50到70%。采用异丙醇为反应诱导剂和溶剂。
铋基润滑脂的制备方法,包括:称取异辛酸和氧化铋,加入异丙醇,搅拌之后通入氮气加热至80℃反应4小时。加入12羟基硬脂酸和硬脂酸将温度保持至95℃,反应2小时,并保持冷凝回流。(3)冷凝蒸出过量的异丙醇与水混合物同时加入矿物油,将温度升至120℃保持1小时,将温度升至180℃,加入剩余冷矿物油,急冷降温,研磨,得到最终产品。
本发明的有益效果
本发明具有屏蔽去除氟气体、氯气体、溴气体的铋基润滑脂。适用于制药、化工、冶金、废水处理、环境保护以及海水淡化等众多制造行业。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明进行进一步的说明。
实施例1:
称取异辛酸3mol和氧化铋6mol,加入异丙醇10mol,搅拌之后通入氮气加热至80℃反应4小时。加入12羟基硬脂酸6mol和硬脂酸6mol将温度保持至95℃,反应2小时,并保持冷凝回流。冷凝蒸出过量的异丙醇与水混合物同时加入矿物油10Kg,将温度升至120℃保持1小时,将温度升至180℃,加入剩余冷矿物油10kg,急冷降温,用三辊机分散研磨,得到最终产品。
性能测试结果:锥入度250(mm/25℃);滴点200℃;涂抹铋基润滑的密封脂部位氟气体、氯气体、溴气体均不泄露,不出现腐蚀。
Claims (5)
1.一种铋基润滑脂,其特征在于:所述润滑材料为屏蔽去除氟气体、氯气体、溴气体铋基润滑脂,组分包括中的一种或几种;其中,包括异辛酸铋,氧化铋,12羟基硬脂酸铋,硬脂酸铋和矿物油。
2.一种屏蔽去除氟气体、氯气体、溴气体功能的铋基润滑脂的制备方法,包括:称取异辛酸和氧化铋,加入异丙醇,搅拌之后通入氮气加热至80℃反应4小时。加入12羟基硬脂酸和硬脂酸将温度保持至95℃,反应2小时,并保持冷凝回流。(3)冷凝蒸出过量的异丙醇与水混合物同时加入矿物油,将温度升至120℃保持1小时,将温度升至180℃,加入剩余冷矿物油,急冷降温,研磨,得到最终产品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种屏蔽去除氟气体、氯气体、溴气体功能的铋基润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的异辛酸铋,氧化铋,12羟基硬脂酸铋,硬脂酸铋的摩尔比为0.2∶0.2∶1∶1。
4.根据权利要求1所述,铋基润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的矿物油的加入量为原料总质量的50到70%。
5.根据权利要求1所述,铋基润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中采用异丙醇做为反应诱导剂和溶剂。
